Focus on what you can instead of what you cannot 💜🤗💙
This message is from @akari_tsukamoto who was originally diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome and cerebrospinal fluid hypovolemia several years ago and she is still fighting with it.
While there is no cure for those illnesses, a variety of medication can control symptoms to some extent. Now she lives her life doing public awareness activity of those illnesses.
As one of people suffering from fibro, Im so thankful to her being such an inspiration, spreading kindness to people especially for those who suffer from same or similar illnesses.
Those illnesses are invisible, which let people around you think you are healthy but you are just being lazy. NO, we are in pain literally for 24/7. We walk but there are days we cannot get out of our beds, nights we cannot sleep crying over due to the pain. But I understand if you cannot see visible damage, it may hard to believe. No one's fault.
Anyway, Akari was on tv event last night and her story made me emotional. Everyone has a story to tell. I know I'm not alone fighting and hope one day there is cure that we become pain free.
Untill then, I focus on what I can do now. Starting off with making omlet 🙊☀️yummy ❤️
This pond is located in Gifu Pref., Japan. We can see some carps and water plants through spring water. It is actually beautiful crystal clear. But I have never seen such a blue world without camera. It means there is not an entire world what I see through my own eyes.
Mostly I’m fine, I have a job, spending time with my family and friends, but sometimes suffering from depression. Difficult to say what I feel during I am depressed. However I found there are so many people who are much more suffering from the other kind of disease. So many people are bearing it. I am encouraged by the fact. I hope your pain will be healed even if a little.
