DAY 4: CROW POSE
So much goes on in this pose. Wrists, shoulders, hips. And ankles...I lost range of motion in my left ankle when I sprained it 5 years ago 🤦🏻♀️. Maybe some proper mobility drills would’ve improved my recovery.

Anyway, the video is my practice yesterday morning. Trying to put the movement I've learned from @actionhiro in his workshops last weekend🤸 Still very clumsy transition tho 😅
