We started with Champagne & Caviar ofcourse 🥂 Taittinger Reims Reserve Brut NV paired with Fermented Melon, waterkefir, Imperial caviar.
One of the Best Foie Gras crème I have tasted 👌 with Coca Cola gelee, Lemon & rocket 🌱. 👏 bravo chef @thomasbuehner@matiassebastianayala .

My 2nd highlight of the Night was
Otoro Tuna, Wild Cod, Cod consommé, saffron.
From the picture it may look plain, but this was indeed an interesting Palate cleanser, Potato foam with curry ice .
definitely felt the Hot & Cold sensation 👌.
Delicious Snapper for me while others had the Kagoshima wagyu a4, Beef tea, Wagyu hollandaise. It was very well paired with Weinlaubenhof Kracher, Reserve Qualitätswein Blend 1, Burgenland, Austria 2013.
Guanaja lacteé, Cherries, Mulled Wine was the closure on my three-dimensional cuisine exeperience by 3-Michelin Star Chef Thomas Bühner from Germany. .
Le CINQ was the best restaurant experience I've ever had from beginning to end, from service to mood, absolute perfection.
That was my honour to try 3 Michelin star restaurant in heart of Paris.
Executive chef Christian Le Squer, is like a magician. All his dishes are simply described, Magic of Cuisine! It was like a symphony of food and tastes, as every dish became better, more complex and rich than the previous, and that's with the first dish and the amuse bouche all being superb. The wine selection were perfect and wine list so huge.
