#QuarantineOOTD , Day 18. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Chag sameach to my friends all over the world, sending extra love to those of you in NYC - especially with being faced with the horrors going on there, I do hope you’re staying safe and having a beautiful evening ♡ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Dress is @rachelpally, bag is @chanelofficial, heels are @louboutinworld. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Song is “Age Of Loneliness” by @enigmamusic.eu - seems appropriate! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What’s the deal with dressing up even when I’m not going out? Simple! Putting on nice clothes, doing your hair & makeup & spritzing your favorite perfume on, even while you’re not going anywhere, keeps you sane & mentally uplifted. Trust me.
Clay Lewis wanted to be photographed on his horse, the mighty 17-year-old Monster. The horse dwarfed the young boy, anxious to head out to herd the 30 or so head of cattle waiting in one of the Lewis family’s pastures. Lewis is the nine-year-old son of an ex-vegetarian-turned cattle rancher in Frenchtown, Montana. The Lewis family alongside several other Missoula-area cattle ranchers have seen a boom in demand for product as consumers are avoiding the packed grocery stores in town and turning to Missoula-area ranchers for their home-grown, grass-fed beef.

What do you do when your Thursday feels like a Friday but it turns out to be Wednesday for real..?
Well- I’m not totally sure if there is a right answer to that ^ question, but personally? I giggled on the inside and shook it off. It’s a wild world out there, and this won’t be the last time I get all ‘confuzzled’.
Today I sat for my last Genetics and Hematology exams before finals in a couple weeks and I’ve kept busy refreshing for my Organic Chem exam tomorrow. Let. Me. Tell. Ya... It has been a STRUGGLE to keep the studying momentum going...
My top tips for maintaining my studies while not going stir crazy? I’ve been drinking lots of water, taking cat-naps (my favorite form of a ‘brain break’), and going for a walk everyday on top of my exercise routine... If anybody has some pointers- let me know cuz’ ya girl could use some help.
While we are all probably feeling a little out of sorts, we are all in this one together. Let’s make the most of these last couple weeks of the semester!🙌🏻
Little social distancing with my partner in crime! Don't mind our amateur mouth calls😆 I think we're going to have a lil 🦃 junkie

Riding in Big Sky Country. No matter how upside down life feels at the hospital, on the ranch everything keeps moving along as it always has. Animals still need feeding, fields still need seeding, and fences need mending. 🖤🖤🖤 #ranchwife#406#montana

Streaker hasn’t been ridden since January and he only got four rides! I cannot even express how proud I am of him. He is such an awesome colt❤️ Swipe to see a short clip of our ride from today! #bigskystreaker

| Every day I seek happiness. I choose to find it. To smile. To be curious about the world and not let others dictate how I choose to feel. My happiness is not theirs. While I share smiles to spread the infectious emotion, it is up to the receiver to choose to feel that positivity. | ↡ -
Saw this on a post a while back. Hard times right now for everyone. I have good and bad days but nothing really feels “normal.” Focus on the things you can control right now. Seek happiness in these days. -
One more pic from my hike over the weekend. Fresh air and mountain tops >>>

Joined CBPD & launched Montana Home Team this past week!
Orthoceras Fossil + Brass Accents // Orthoceras was an ancient mollusk that lived around 400 million years ago. Their fossilized shells are all that remain - ranging in size from less than an inch to over six feet long! These guys were Paleozoic predators and possibly hunted trilobites 😄
I’m planning on releasing a fossil collection for the next shop update - I’ll be working mostly with petoskey stones (super pretty fossilized coral), trilobites and hopefully a few other cool little dudes! Drop your ring size if you’re interested! •
The north face of Mt Siyeh (seen here) is one of the highest rock faces in the Lower 48, and to the best of my knowledge, has been climbed only two times.
The mountain was named by G. B. Grinnell for a Blackfeet Indian, "Sai-yeh," who was described as being so recklessly brave that after a time none of his fellow tribal members would go with him on raids against the enemy. In Blackfeet "Sai-yeh" means Crazy Dog, or Mad Wolf.

Simpler times in the backcountry.

6ft back please 🤚 ... but seriously. Practicing social distancing doesn’t mean you can’t take time to #getoutside . Do your research. Avoid overly-crowded times / trails. Stay healthy out there 💛. Beautiful day with my best 📸: @klsybdry
