Where the old meets the new. 🏯
After watching so many K-Dramas during this ECQ, my mind travels back to the time where I visited Seoul's "northern village". Its age-old alleys still remains one of my favorite attraction in South Korea! 🇰🇷
Climbing has been a big part of my life the last two years and it’s hard for me to describe why I climb 🧗♀️ . It’s taught me a lot about myself... My confidence was at an all time low before climbing. I would shy away a lot and look for the easy way around my problems. Since climbing, I’ve learnt how to manage them and tackle them head on. I’ve learnt that even though there are many physical challenges to climbing that I have to train to overcome. The real battle for me is the mental battle of believing in myself enough that I can complete the route. I’ve fallen many times, hurt myself, cried, taken my shoes off, said I’ll never to be good enough. But then, when I focus and wipe away my self pity tears and collect myself and overcome my state of mind- I manage to prove myself wrong and send the damn route. The satisfaction of overcoming all my own negative thoughts is why I climb and I miss it. [ picture on our house traverse and 🐈 spotting me ]
This is life, life immortality 🌙
Sometimes you have a song that encapsulates the whole vibe of a shoot. This spontaneous sunset walk definitely had a Frank Ocean feel. Pink skies, scattered clouds and flocks of birds - all leading to the crescent moon. -
Found ourselves walking through an oasis🌿
Spent hours walking through the valley, weaving in an out of this turquoise river, surrounded by bright red sandstone, and it was magical to say the least.
Fun Fact: High levels of bicarbonate are formed underground, and mix with calcium to form calcium carbonate. This, as well as the amount of limestone and magnesium present is what reflects the sunlight to create the incredible colour you see here. Neat hey?? Photo taken by @angelaliggs

Could spend hours at this beach watching the sun go down and listen the sound of the waves crashing, by far my favorite beach on the Basque coast.
