Time washes away the pain and leave only the memories behind ✨ #meetmyadventures
If only 🌼 .
You’ve been lying in your bed crying
It’s 3am and you’re desperately trying
To silence these voices in your head
That keep saying you’re better off dead
Your subconscious is filled with nightmares
You’re convinced that no one cares
You cut them off so they can’t hurt you again
You just want to put an end to the pain
“Nobody loves you”, you hear him say
“You don’t have any friends anyway”
You can’t breathe, your heart feels heavy
You’re ashamed of suffering over a memory
Then your phone lights up with a text
You wipe your tears and grab it, perplexed
It’s a friend from your home country
Who’s been checking on you regularly
You reply, she immediately calls you
You get it off your chest, out of the blue
You talk for hours, until you fall asleep
And you realize you may be a black sheep
But you’re not as alone as you think you are
You have overcome many things before
And you shall continue to live and fight
The sun will rise again, it will shine bright
Step by step, you will make it through
Lucky flower, you have people who love you
Other flowers didn’t have your chance
And with death they’ve chosen to dance
If only someone had put a stop to these bullies
If only that night she had had someone, if only
Our adventures have looked a bit different this year, but I’m still so glad to be able to go out and explore with my favorites 🖤
This trip was especially nice because I feel like I got a kick to my creativity again! I’ve been stuck all quarantine - trying to take advantage of the time but not coming up with any ideas that actually inspired me.
This trip allowed me to get the cobwebs off my camera and create again. Stay tuned for a few projects that came from this weekend trip!

Gangs all here 🤟🏼
We got super lucky with the weather yesterday! It was supposed to be raining ALL day but we decided to take a chance and trek up to Stone Mountain for the first time and so happy we did! Not a single rain cloud in sight! Turned out to be a beautiful day!
"This too shall pass. It might pass like a kidney stone, but it shall pass."⠀
Jack and I are struggling with the canceling of our plans for different reasons. For me, I've always known what is next in life. It was one form of education after another, but our one-way flights were the first time that things were left truly open-ended. I guess I never thought that they would be this open ended! ⠀
For Jack, this is the first time that he really had solid plans and wasn't just bouncing around England.⠀
It's funny how the same situation can be seen from so many different angles. But at the same time, we’re starting to feel lucky. We weren’t already traveling and having to leave everything and go home, and above all we’re together. Whatever way you're feeling about your current situation, even if it passes like a kidney stone, sooner or later it will pass!
The climb here . I had my heart in my mouth .. Bruises and cut.. was the view worth it?
The Mua Caves, located in the heart of limestone mountains and surrounded by rivers and rice paddies. It is one of the best Viewpoint we have ever been too, and quite possible the most beautiful area of Vietnam we have been. The Mua Caves is composed of a 500 step staircase that winds through the cliffs and splits in to two half way up. In one direction you have the stone dragon watching out over the valley surround the caves. On the other you have the beautiful pagoda which on a clear day you can see Ninh Binh town in the distance. The look outs are called the Hang Mua Viewpoints. At the bottom of the mountain you have the tiger cave and beautiful gardens with koi fish swimming around.

Rio is growing up in a raft, and loving it. Recently she brought along her dog and a friend on the first trip of the season! It’s also the first time the first trip has been so late in the year! But when there’s no school and no guests, why not??⠀ #wemissyou . #seeyoulater . #worththewait

I’m fascinated by the shapes of reef fishes, how they interact with one another, and the roles each fish plays on maintaining coral reefs healthy. As a kid, though, what ignited my passion for reef fishes was their stunning diversity of colours. Decades later, I still marvel at the sheer beauty of colours fishes and other organisms display on coral reefs. In my opinion, life on coral reefs is without a doubt the greatest show on Earth!
