Soak a cup of soya-chunks in hot water for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile shop some onions, green chillies,Ginger and garlic and then squeeze all the water from the soya chunks
Put all of it into the grinder and grind it nicely...so u get all of it crumbled
Now take around 250gms of maida(all purpose flour), add 2 spoons of oil and some water to make a dough
Fill in the mixture to make the dumplings
Steam it all and you are ready with your momos
And here is the recipe for the street style red chutney:
Grind 2-3 tomatoes with some garlic, 2-3 chillies , 10-12 garlic cloves, and some sauted red chillies
Grind it all and then heat some oil in a pan,add this paste, some spices(red chilli powder,little bit turmeric,black pepper powder, chat masala-if you like) mix it well and wait for the colour to come.
