A few weeks ago in Chamonix, @audrey_tanguy, TDS champion, brought some flowers to @katieschide on the UTMB® finish line to celebrate her 6th place. This is the friendship we like. Will we see Katie and Audrey toeing the ONE&1 startline again next April ? 😉🕰️
🔜Registration opening - September 30th. Be ready #runtocamp

Throw back to the end of my set at the Dive On In Campout last month in August. Rinsing out some fresh drum & bass for the end like always ;) Had such a wicked weekend throwing down with the kootenay fam. Can’t wait for next year 🎶😍👊🏻
Turning in to Site 2 at Pittsfield's Ski N' Zip! This property is super cool because you can literally walk across the street Bousquet for all your adventure park needs.

Hands Up• Hearts Out💚 Let’s give a warm welcome to Dangermuffin! We have loved these dudes from back in the day 2006 times, and are HONORED to have them join our incredible, home-grown , high vibes festivities. Get your tickets now 🎫 to hear them play for us under the autumn sky Saturday, November 2nd. This is not to be missed and is sure to be a highlight of the weekend. ✨ Charleston’s Dangermuffin is an eclectic quartet that weaves lyrical themes of sea, sun, and spiritual connection with Americana, Island influenced, Folk and Jam grooves. The band’s live show swims between tasty acoustic, and rockin’ electric sounds. On the band’s 6th and latest release, ‘Heritage,’ Dangermuffin reaches into their creative arsenal to craft an album showcasing the band’s signature coastal-influenced grooves mixed with Americana sensibilities and Appalachian fingerpicking. The album’s lyrics contemplate the universal human connection to our ancestors, ancient traditions and symbols while yearning for humanity to get back to its roots. ✌🏼 @dangermuffinmusic We can’t wait! Tickets are available on our website , www.fieldandflowfest.com . What’s your FAVORITE DANGERMUFFIN SONG? And is there such a thing? They’re all so perfect 👌🏽 ✌🏼🌈

Coming back and forth to SF for years now, I sometimes greet my friends and see masks of stress ironed onto their faces. Have we lost the capacity to fully relax; has simply living become so expensive that even successful people need to constantly hustle; do we glorify and lionize hard work to such extent that if you’re one day from being hospitalized for exhaustion, having maxed your credit cards, living in a garage, your company on the brink of bankruptcy until heroically you “make it” and are named heir apparent to Elon Musk, then you’re commended. It’s also the frenetic pace of life- where nothing seems to ever let up or slow down- that’s a problem. This is something that one good night’s rest, one long hot shower, one day off can not fix.
This all of course begins in the mind. One response to this, the creation of the ‘wellness space,’ is embarrassing to me. Every time, it’s serving those who need it least. I remember in my childhood, my family had this purely as quality time- that’s what it was called. A canoe trip, fishing trip, camping in a Starcraft camper (and hammock for my sister), Sunday brunch, cooking and eating only things made with blueberries. So easy, but I have rose glasses.
Obviously I’m still in writing and reflection mode! Trying to truly savor the simple beauty in this life, like my feline friend in last photo.
