“Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently.”
As a marketer, people don’t always get what we do. They think we’re faffing around on social media all day (we do a bit), but it’s more than that. We create brands, we connect people, we put out fires, we edit terribly written words, we get shit sold and we have fun on the way. It’s the greatest job in the world - isn’t that the point? Thanks @cimpaky for bringing us the best of the best and here’s to our profession 🥂 (I drank the kool-aid 🤷🏽♀️) .
So Tuesday evening I received a phone call from am amazing client that has me saved in her phone as #beautyemergency . @officialmissuniversecayman@kadejahbodden needed hair and make-up for a video shoot the next morning. While I might be able to slay with my makeup brushes... I am definitely definitely not as skilled in the hair department. Fortunately @eugentdawes answered on the first ring and, as always, came through and laid her hair in a jiffy. Thank you Eugent! You were a rockstar as always.
Watch this space for updates.... this was just the first look for the day.
Beach days with my babes. ☀️
We’ve got a busy weekend ahead. But not the bad kind of busy, the good kind. Don’t know what I mean? Check out my saved story highlights under “Busyness” and have a listen.
I’m so happy with my busyness now. 💚

I have dreamt of being pregnant for as long as I can remember. What I would look like with a bump, how it feels when your baby kicks. I have prayed for these feelings. I am now so incredibly grateful to be living them. I will never forget these moments. Watching my stomach grow, feeling her wiggle and kick, being so blissfully happy. I don’t take any of this for granted, she is my greatest achievement.
