Corporate workshop at Navatar. The topic that I covered was about health basics that humans must abide by & how in a corporate life you can adopt healthy practices.
Though it does not come as a surprise how corporate people live like machines putting all their body & mind into the software wonders that they create, it was again a reminder how we have become so disconnected with our internal hardware & software machinery (body & mind), that we have completely forgotten how to tune ourselves on & off for that rejuvenation period for our own selves.
Tomorrow, if a state of disease arrives, its we who created it...there is no bigger truth!

Tokyo-based marketing firm Piala Inc. is giving its non-smoking employees an extra six paid leaves every year to compensate for smokers' cigarette breaks. According to reports, the perk was introduced after the non-smoking employees complained they are working extra hours. "One of our non-smoking staff put a message in the company suggestion box earlier in the year saying that smoking breaks were causing problems," said Hirotaka Matsushima, an employee of the company. He added that the CEO of the company saw the message and agreed to give non-smokers some extra time off as compensation.
