I grew up in a society that taught me it’s inappropriate for women to feel, acknowledge, validate, and express anger.
So giving myself permission to accept anger as a healthy emotion is an act of radical self care, yet still a bit out of my comfort zone. Last NYE I set an intention to push myself out of comfort zones so I can grow and transform to another level of consciousness.
So I’ve been gifting myself mindful moments where I explore and probe the innermost wounded parts of me, to trace back along the timeline of my life and examine where I first experienced a compromised value and buried the natural human response of anger.
This is an example of what my spiritual path looks like. I call it The Truth. I’ve been seeking The Truth ever since I left organized religion for a spiritual path after traumatic events in my 20s, that almost drove me to suicide.
And even after I redesigned my life and manifested success for myself, it seemed like people I loved wanted to punish me for my progress. I realized they were good people, but their hardened hearts couldn’t support my growth & transformation.
Nevertheless, I’m happy to have reached many levels of The Truth over the years of my healing journey. I’m there now. It’s a nice place to exist.
But the more I learn, the more I realize I know nothing. So deeper down the rabbit hole I go. 🕳
Spirituality in action is acknowledging something that angers you. That anger means you feel violated, because something you deeply value has been compromised. Feeling safe enough to fully acknowledge, validate, and express that anger is spiritual growth.
Awareness is powerful. Awareness + Aligned action is spiritual power, both affirming and activating for your life force.
Be aware you have more than one option, and then creatively choose the path of least resistance + greatest reward.

Energy Healing is for us all, no matter what gender you identify as.
The truth of the matter is, we are both genders. Our physical bodies may reflect one gender but our energetic body is aware of our complete selves - masculine and feminine.
Two laws we energy healers are reminding you of are:
1) You are a vibratory being: You magnetize people, situations, and opportunities into your path based on your vibration, which is based on your emotions.
2) You are BOTH masculine and feminine: When you finally realize this, you feel a sense of wholeness within yourself, and cease to find something external to “complete” the missing link.
I urge you to finally accept these two laws. That way, you can welcome in the 50% of your energetic make up that you’ve been disregarding (whether that is the masculine or feminine energy). And secondly, you can start taking responsibility for how you use your energy to either lift or lower your (vibe)ration.

Pranamaya kosha or the “energetic” sheath is the second kosha. This layer refers to emotions, breathing, and energy flow through the body.
You might be able to notice the pranamaya kosha by noticing the quality of breathing when you are in different emotional states. For example when you are relaxed, your breath will likely be long, deep and regular.
The energy movement through us is bi-directional. It sits between the physical kosha (annamaya) and the mind kosha (manamaya). In this way the mind and the body can influence energy and emotions and our energy and emotions can impact the body and mind.
Breathing during movement is one ways that our modern yoga practice helps us to notice and strengthen the support possible from pranamaya kosha.
Take a moment right now to notice your pranamaya kosha. What is the quality of your breath? When you change the quality of your breath-faster, slower, deeper, more shallow, though your nose, through your mouth, what happens in your body? What changes do you notice?

I'm equally excited and scared to finally start publicly sharing my journey. So many insecurities are involved - is this account name right? Will my writing be compelling to read? Will anything I share be of value at all? Will anyone care?
For all I know right now is, that I will care. Letting all these doubts aside - with this blog I want to start being more vulnerable, embrace my weaknesses and grow stronger. I wanted to give myself a space where I can freely expand on my feelings and the lessons I have learned, a place where I can celebrate life with all it's ups and downs in a creative way.
