How many of you get nervous when you see a letter from the IRS??? If you have received any correspondence from the IRS just know you have an advocate by your side...Amber The Tax Lady!! If your business and taxes are driving you crazy, call Amber The Tax Lady!!
It’s Wright Way 2 Go Tax And Credit Restoration Services giving you another 2019 Tax change update.
One of the most significant tax breaks that Americans can no longer take advantage of is the casualty and theft losses.
If your home was burglarized in the past you were able to deduct the value of the stolen items.
Now when filing your 2019 tax return you may only use the deduction for losses attributed to a federal declared disaster.
A federal and declared disaster can be a flood, hurricane, earthquake, tornado, or volcano eruption.
IRS Withholding Calculator
If you are an employee, the Withholding Calculator can help you determine whether you need to give your employer a new Form W-4, Employee’s Withholding Allowance Certificate to avoid having too much or too little Federal income tax withheld from your pay.
Who Can Benefit From The Withholding Calculator?
Employees who would like to change their withholding to reduce their tax refund or their balance due;
Employees whose situations are only approximated by the worksheets on the paper W-4 (e.g., anyone with concurrent jobs, or couples in which both are employed; those entitled to file as Head of Household; and those with several children eligible for the Child Tax Credit);
Employees with non-wage income in excess of their adjustments and deductions, who would prefer to have tax on that income withheld from their paychecks rather than make periodic separate payments through the estimated tax procedures.
Tips For Using This Program
Tax Deductions Are Changing!!
It’s time to figure out what new tax updates will affect you.
There are a few deductions that didn’t make it this year that will hurt some.
Let’s begin with the following •Casualty and theft losses (except those attributable to a federally declared disaster) •Unreimbursed employee expenses •Tax preparation expenses •Alimony payments •Moving expenses •Employer-subsidized parking and transportation reimbursement
Did you know you can go back 3yrs to file a tax return? If you are due a refund you will be entitled to it. As we are approaching Tax Year 2019 that means you will be able to file 2016, 2017 and 2018. If anything older you should still file to be compliant but if you are due a refund you will not get it!

The two letters after my name stand for Enrolled Agent.
Approximately 14.1 million people are in collection status with the IRS.
The IRS is the last entity you want to owe. They can garnish your wages, shut down your business, take everything you own, and place you in jail.
See this is where I help. I have the credentials to represent my clients before the IRS. In order to be represented one must either be a CPA, EA, or Attorney.
I am an EA 👋🏽

What is a 1099C - Cancellation of Debt?
It's when you have settled with a creditor for less than the amount owed or repossessions. For example you had a credit card for 10k and since you were having a hard time paying it off the creditor says give me 5k and it will be paid in full. That extra $5k is considered taxable income because it was extra "money" giving to you and it must be reported on your tax return. Stay tuned for Tax Tuesdays as I will dive deeper into this in the next coming weeks!
Today is the day when your 3rd quarter estimated tax payments are due!
If you have not been paying quarterly you could have a penalty when you file your 2019 Tax Return!

If you could not complete your 2018 tax return by the normal April filing due date and are now on extension, that extension expires on October 15, 2019, and no additional extensions are available. Failure to file before the extension period ends can subject you to late-filing penalties. #1140#540#incometax#enrolledagent
