No exercise bike this morning! We have been up in Edinburgh so this weeks exercise started early with lots of walking, hills and stairs in Edinburgh..... Fitbit counts it as one of my 5 weekly sessions of exercise for the week so I’ll take that!! It’s on wheels so I can roll it to any room and stay active throughout the day. It does not replace my workout but helps me ‘stand up’ against the sitting disease! Tapi nak pergi gym mmg xde masa. Nak jogging pun sampai rumah dh lewat… penat.. ngantok…

Nana berkenan sgt kt X-Bike ni sbb boleh lipat.. Jimat ruang.. Nak simpan kt celah almari, bawah katil pn ngam je… Size pun sesuai utk Nana.
Bila dh ada X-Bike ni, bila2 masa je Nana boleh exercise.. Tgh malam pun boleh... Sambil2 tgkkan homework anak pun boleh keluar peluh…

The best part about this journey so far. Is that I’ve been able to find people/friends/trainers that make this sh$t fun! I don’t feel like the odd guy out like I did growing up. These days I feel like i’m apart of something. Apart of a fitness community that works together and pushes each other to the next level.

Transformation Tuesday. Picture on the left I was around 420 pounds(not my heaviest) and could physically not get on the bike at body sculpting gym.I always found a way to adjust and complete the exercise to my ability, except now I don’t have to because I could easily(sort of) hop on. Looking forward to when I can get on an actual bike to ride! .
