As I sit and watch the sunset over the ocean, I take gratitude for what life has blessed me with so far.
Too often we focus on the negative and as a collective, that is detrimental to our planet.
Choose love. #soulfullifestylemovement
While I was vacuuming my house this afternoon I thought about how I really didn’t have anything planned for today beyond that and that is ok. I used to always feel like I needed to have a full calendar and always have something new and exciting going on to be happy. When in fact, I was the opposite of that. There is something so good about not having anything going on and being ok with that.
Maybe it’s because I’m in my mid 30’s (shhhh) or maybe it’s simply because I have finally come to a happy content place in life. I made a promise to myself that this year I would truly take a step back and enjoy the now and not sweat the small stuff. I am happy to report that mid January, I am still living that out. I am still on my journey to health and I am choosing every day to put myself, my marriage, kids first and cultivating better friendships with those I love. was going through my box of cherished memories today.
I went through my box of treasures today and it took me down a semi emotional path. I literally looked through my life for the past 20 years. All the good times, the bad and all the friendships that have come and gone. It was just a snitch reminder from above that life is short. It is precious and it goes by far too fast. Find your happy and be ok with where you are.
Have a wonderful weekend. .

“Nature will always find a way!”
Decided I needed some alone time in the trees. Check out these beautiful moments from the nature trail I explored today. The start of nature reclaiming what is hers. 😍 🌳 👆🏻➡️
What a great and subtle reminder that patience and persistency is the key! Just breathe.
When I moved to Redding I didn't have much and continued to simplify by shifting away from constructs of being stylish or caring to be well dressed. In one way I felt I didn't deserve those things, in another way I wasn't concerned with them anymore. I was healing from trauma and abuse and low self worth, I still am. I donated my time to those who were less fortunate than me at the Salvation Army and tried to give my son some stability. My focus was inward and on being able to function everyday. I've spent a lot of this time feeling insecure, feeling like I'm 'not enough' in so many ways, or feeling 'less than' due to comparing myself to what others had or looked like. It's been a long road with that. I was so destroyed emotionally I didn't know who I was much of the past 6 years and definitly didn't always show up as my best self. Why am I telling you this? Because today I bought a hat and I realized that I missed aspects of my old self that felt worthy enough to buy the things that I felt good in. Confident. I used to rock a lot of hats. I realized I've been hiding parts of myself that were uniquely me. Ya, I like nice things. Who cares if it's an external hat? I don't mind that something external was a reminder to love myself, honor my uniqueness more. We all live in duality. I'm just as comfortable in cocktail attire as I am in overalls. Kind of a chameleon! I've done much inner work, and continue to! Unexpected love shows up on the daily and I'm ready for prosperity to show up in all the ways. I've been recieving the benefits of my daily practice and Universe, Mother, Father, God I'm ready to expand, to be more vulnerable, to open my heart more, to stream more light through, to recieve more.💫🙌🙏
💚Love your grateful daughter. .

Take a deep breathe and you'll get through this in glorious fashion 😘🥰
Take three deep, cleansing breaths. I invite you to stop your broken record today. All the old stories, all the old thoughts, all the old beliefs that are causing you to have the same experiences over and over and over. Today, you start a new record to crowd them out and create the reality you’re seeking.
Those old thought patterns are deeply ingrained, so please show yourself compassion and patience as you strive to embrace new thoughts. One of my favorite ways to direct energy to what I want to bring about is through I Am mantras. Create an I AM statement for your self – I am awesome (that’s one of my favorites and it’s absolutely true for you), I am peaceful, I am free, I am creative, I am strong – anything that resonates with you and that you desire to be. Repeat you statement 3 times to yourself right now and write it down in places you’ll see it. I love sticky notes with I AM statements on my phone, computer, doors, refrigerator, steering wheel, wallet, water bottle, you get the idea.
Keep reminding yourself of your I AM mantra multiple times every day, the more you practice, the more you’ll think about it and start to believe it. You’re awesome! Xo
Take inventory of the people in your life and ask yourself this: Do I truly connect w them? Or are they simply familiar? Are they progressive? Positive? Real? Do they get me..? You'll know if it's time to hit delete👍
help you align who you’ve been, with who you are meant to be.
I hope you know that only YOU know what that means.
no one can tell you who you are...except for you.

I’m genuinely grateful for this exhibit today. For the beauty of the art, but mostly for the lesson about the artist. It is easy, as an artist, to look at other’s work and question your own.
But, Renoir’s story is the reality for most successful artists: He studied under masters of his trade, he worked alongside other big names in art, he was rejected, and he practiced and practiced and evolved and changed until he found the space where he fit... and that is an art in itself 🖼💙 #bouquetsandcakes#art#renoir#kimbellartmuseum#artist#findyourself#evolve#practice
So often we think, if we just tell ourselves to not eat all the cookies, we will be able to overcome the cravings.
We tell ourselves that if we are "good" we can have enough "willpower" to not veer so far from our ideal of "healthy".
(Yes that was a lot of air quotes)
But the thing is, we can't just think our way there. We have to believe that what we're doing is best for our bodies, deep in our souls...in the essence of our being.
Starting a "diet" that doesn't feel aligned with who you are and how you live will never be sustainable.
Finding a way of eating that works with your joy (not against it) and still keeps your health goals in mind?
Is that even possible?
I think so.
I think it's the key to a sustainable way of eating.
Thinking our way there, just isn't enough. Our bodies will fight it with every fiber of our being.
Because your mind and your body are saying two totally different things, you don't know which to listen to.
You think the mind must be smarter. But I challenge you to dip into your body...live in it from the neck down for a while and see if it doesn't change.
I help women learn to live more in their bodies from the neck down, so they can be the biggest ambassadors for their own health and stand with conviction in their choices.
Your thoughts and emotions are NOT You.
They’re not? No. They are something YOU have but they have no fundamental claim on You. This may seem strange, especially if you’ve never contemplated such a thing.
The fact you haven’t noticed this reality is understandable. Thoughts and emotions are ubiquitous. You go about your entire day thinking and feeling never once doubting those thoughts and feelings are you. How do I know this? Because we are all doing it. Unless you are an enlightened being, most if not all of your day is spent under this trance.
Four years ago today, I married the wrong person. I thought I was being smart and choosing wisely, but I miscalculated and overlooked the little voice inside that knew I wasn’t on the right path. And although the next few years were difficult, and it was painful to watch a relationship that I’d had such high hopes for as it fell apart in spite of my best efforts to save it, I also grew up and learned a lot. I learned that someone who says they want all the things you want is not necessarily someone who will be able to follow through with those plans. And I learned, again, that love without honesty never lasts.
Fortunately, I am not afraid of starting over and finding the life that is right for me. These past few months have had their challenges, but I am finding my way and starting to be really hopeful and excited about the future. Change is scary, but sometimes it is the only way forward. 😊💪🥰😁 #fbf#fridayfeelings#personalgrowth#findyourself#wholehealthysinger
Hey! I’m Bryce, multimedia creative who wakes up everyday ardent to explore and progress in every faset of creation and the achievement of ‘originality’. Last year I compressed a lot of my work and reserved loads of art and music from my socials because I couldn’t find a cohesive way to present it. This year I’m confident enough to share my works beyond just renders and become more personable, hoping to work with my fellow creatives on some exciting projects. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate everyone who likes, comments, shares, or buys my art and hopefully this year I can present even more value to this page and give you all a deep dive into my daily thoughts and some behind the scenes work. Here’s to 2020 and sharing more of myself + supporting my fellow creatives! - Bryce ⠀ ⠀
It’s been a goal of mine for a while to have Fridays as a day where I pour pack into myself so I can better serve my family and clients.
I always assumed I couldn’t do that until I made a certain amount of money, or when I was at a certain client load. The truth is, that it’s quite the opposite. If I DON’T have a day just for me then I won’t achieve that level of income or client load.
So I started today. I’m calling It Find Friday. On Find Friday I’m going to take time to find the things that bring me joy, that elevate my unique gifts and bring me into a healthier state- mind, body, soul.
Today that looked like sleeping in, a bath, a reiki session, a London fog from Starbucks and a trip to target. During that relaxed state my mind was able to open up to new thoughts and ideas which were masked by the tasks of the week.
Making time to find yourself as a small business owner is KEY to your success. You have to know who you are (and what you need) in order to brand and be who you are online.
Hello beautiful people! So as I’ve been slowing turning my page into a blog/ self help for others, a few of my followers reached out to me and gave me the idea to start doing tutorials for yoga, specifically tailored to what the clients needs are. Whether it is back pain, improving flexibility, becoming more aware in the now, meditation, specific products i use, etc., the list goes on.
Are you ready to start your yoga journey, but aren’t sure where to begin? Do you already have some experience but want to improve your skills? Do you want to gain more flexibility? Confidence? Awareness? Self connection? If yes then I encourage you to come join me! 🌴
I will be starting to do individual tutorials! Just send me a DM, so we can chat about your goals, any questions, comments and/or concerns then get you started💯👍🏽🧘🏼♀️ •

Sometimes taking time to be alone and focus inward on your mind is very rewarding. You’re able to pick up on what speaks to you, how things make you feel, and learn more and more about your intuition. Being able to trust your intuition is so powerful.
