-3 cloves garlic
-2 mid size aubergine
-2 mid size carrots
- red onions and parsley
Cooking healthy meals when you're time poor or tired can be difficult.
The key is to prep beforehand. Roughly chop and roast some pumpkin and beetroot in the oven for 30 mins the day before. Grab a roasted chicken from your deli or supermarket on your way home from work, cut it into strips, and bring all the ingredients together.

Cauli ZA that actually WORKS! ~
Having been gluten free for over 10 years now, I can honestly say that the only thing I really miss is pizza... Most GF crusts are packed with unhealthy ‘filler’ ingredients and just not the healthy option they present as. I will say @cauliflourfoods has NAILED IT, but unfortunately I can’t find those in the UK, so gotta make my own ;)
Good news is that you can have this baby, GUILT FREE. Recipe can be paleo if you sub corn starch for arrowroot and don’t use the small amnt of oats. Apologies in advance for the long af recipe.
1. Chop 1 large or 2 small heads of cauli into chunks and either bake ~20 min or pan sauté over med without oil
2. Blend/ process to chop into cauli rice
3. Place ball of cauli rice into cheese cloth and squeeze as much water out of it as possible (it takes a while, but this is super important)
4. Spread on baking tray and let dry for an additional couple hours (not sure if this was necessary but hey it all worked out)
5. Blend 1 tbsp oats (optional), 1 tbsp flax meal, 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch with 1 egg and 1 egg white, garlic salt & Italian seasoning
6. Mix in cauliflower then spread 1/8-1/4” thick onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
7. Bake 30ish mins at 400f/200c, flip, and bake another 15–this can be directly on the pan without parchment paper
8. Top pizza, place directly on wire rack or pizza stone and bake another 10ish
Toppings for this pizza: organic stewed tomatoes and tomato paste (or a clean marinara if you can find it because there is often a TON of added sugar and preservatives), sautéd red onion, salami, chopped spinach, mushrooms, goat cheese (I can eat a bit of goat cheese without it bothering me but the alt option is vegan cheese or even no cheese which I often do), fresh basil and a sprinkle of salt, pepper & Italian seasoning ~

The boule took forever to rise and was a good lesson in how variable the conditions can be for bread making - how cool is the room, how warm the water, how fresh the yeast, how anxious the baker, how soon the end of the day?
I managed to bake it just in time, in an oven that I didn’t know with a random temperature setting. It’s good practice to shake things up like that. Makes you ponder the variables as opportunities for learning. Seeing something from a different angle makes you more flexible - closer to that bread ninja you dream of being. I Knight thee ‘worth the wait’ burger after making the bread rolls, patties and if our garden was up and running probably would’ve picked everything but the avocado fresh. Maybe I should call this the smug burger 🤔😅 Whatevs. Totally worth the wait.
Trick to reducing meat slowly. Chickpeas with chicken and kidney beans with beef. Makes a filling pattie the hangry hippos fight over.

INGREDIENTES E MODO DE PREPARO
Numa tigelinha ou no liquidificador misture:
1/2 colher de chá de sal
6 colheres de sopa de água ou caldo de legumes
2 colheres de sopa de azeite
1 colher de sopa de polvilho doce
3 colheres de sopa de farinha sem glúten
Ervas a gosto ( neste não usei)
Depois de misturar bem acrescente 1 colher de sobremesa de fermento em pó químico e leve a forma bem untada. Leve ao forno médio até firmar e dourar levemente.

3 tbs of protein will do.
Sautee onion till fragrant.
Add chopped 🍅 and sautee.
Add diced zucchini and sautee.
Add sliced white button mushrooms and sautee.
Add 3 tbs of soaked lentils and mixed herbs and sautee.
Add flaming hot water then turn to low heat and simmer for 20 mins.
Add salt to taste.
Done.Eat it.Flavourful.Love it.
-choose the more red the better tomato.
-Don't wash mushroom. I have compared the taste of washed and unwashed white button mushrooms. Washed taste like paper.
Unwashed release umami that add bonus to the soup/any dish.
-Just soaked the lentil in any water but not hot for 1hr or 2.
-Mixed herbs is Italian/Pasta/Pizza herb mix.
-Use a pot as good as Jamie Oliver's. Collecting enough bonus points and paying 39.9 bucks for an Oliver's pot is the wisest choice of kitchen ever.Thank you, Fair Price.

Just lately i’ve been waking up with the BIGGEST appetite that usually leads to multiple breakfasts😂🤷🏼♂️ this morn was two bananas w pb, two slices of @nushfoods cream cheese& jam on toast then a slice of pb on toast😅 end of the day, if you’re still hungry, have it💛
Red lentil curry served with brussels sprouts and rice by @vegamelon
-1 onion, chopped
-2 tbsp. red curry paste/curry spices of choice
-4 cloves garlic, minced
-1 tbsp minced ginger
-1 cup dry red lentils, rinsed
-1 14-oz can coconut milk
-1/2 cup vegetable broth/water
-salt, pepper, chili flakes, to taste
In a large pot, sautee onions until tender, then add in curry paste, garlic, ginger. Coat evenly and add some water to prevent sticking. Add lentils and coconut milk to the pot, then turn the heat to low and cover the pot, stirring occasionally. Add broth/water as needed. Once lentils are tender, after 10-ish minutes, serve warm and enjoy

...i mean it was only a matter of time before combining the best two kind of breads into one perfectly fluffy and cakey muffin recipe💯
what i love about these especially is they use 6 ingredients because i kind of sort of cheated and used @simplemills pumpkin muffin & bread mix along with a few other ingredients like mashed banana and almond flour.
their mixes are all grain-free, free of gums and refined sugar and they use ingredients you’d find in your own pantry👌🏻

Heute hab ich mal ein Rezept von @ginabnutrition für euch😍
Das sind Süßkartoffel-Wedges mit Knoblauch, sautierter Grünkohl, knusprig geröstete Kichererbsen mit Curry und viiiel Hummus 🤗
Für die Kichererbsen, Backrohr auf 190-200°C vorheizen. Dann eine Dose Kichererbsen nehmen, das Wasser abrinnen lassen und in einer Schüssel mit Olivenöl, ein Esslöffel Maisstärke und 2 Esslöffel Curry pulver + ein bisschen Paprika und Salz! Auf Backpapier auflegen und 15 bis 20 Minuten rösten bis es knusprig ist. Dann zum Rest hinzufügen und genießen 🥰🌟 Markiert einen Freund/in in den Kommentaren der/die das lieben würde! 🧡

These are garlicky roasted sweet potato wedges, sautéed kale, crunchy roasted curry chickpeas & loadsa hummus 🤗
To make the chickpeas, preheat oven to 190-200C. Drain + rinse 1 tin of chickpeas and add them to a bowl with a glug of olive oil, 1 tsp cornflour, 2 tsp curry powder, a pinch of paprika + plenty of salt.
