Gratitude is the antidote for depression, fear, anger, sadness and so much more. In your daily practice, list 3-5 tho ha you’re grateful for in your life. It doesn’t matter how big or small they may seem. When your doing this focus on your heart center and literally expand your heart and fill your heart with love and this feeling gratitude. Try to stay in this space as long as you can and remember you can always come back to this feeling if it fades.
We at Yoga Galactica are grateful for our amazing community and tribe. We are grateful that we get share so many hewing modalities with you. We are grateful for all of the abundance and prosperity in our life from the roof over our head, the water we drink and the food we eat. So much to be grateful for.
