1. Avoid complaining about your job, boss, or coworkers. If you focus on the negative or annoying things, you'll feel less motivated to do a good job. When you feel tempted to complain, instead think of something positive to say!
For example, if you are annoyed by how often you're asked to cover for a coworkers task, instead try thinking about how you feel proud that your boss can rely on you to help pick up the slack.
2. Take time to prepare for your day rather than winging it! It'll be easier for you to stay focused and motivated if you start your tasks with a clear head, so take 10 to 20 minutes at the beginning of each day to write a to-do list, review your calendar, and respond to a few emails. Giving yourself a little mental breathing space before jumping into things will help make you a better worker!
Make it a goal to get to the office 10 to 20 minutes early each day for one week and see how it changes your attitude throughout the day!
3. Focus on the quality of your work, even if no one will ever see it. You'll feel better about your work and about yourself if you commit to doing the best job you can do in any situation.
Instead of trying to rush through a task or project simply to get it done, ask yourself, “Is this something I can be proud of?"
Tip: There are definitely times where you may have a time constraint for a project. If that's the case, do the best job you can in the time allotted. Think about ways you can streamline your work to really focus, like turning off your phone, not browsing the internet, and taking minimal breaks.
4. Take the initiative to go above and beyond the minimum expectations! Proofread your work, do tasks that you notice need to be done, even if they aren't technically your responsibility, answer questions that might come up down the road, and think outside of your job description. Think about ways you can make your work even more dynamic, and try to implement those ideas when you can!!

You don’t need to go on a special diet, if you’re pregnant, but you might want to eat a variety of foods every day to get the right balance of nutrients that you and your baby need. Poor eating habits and excess weight gain may increase your risk of gestational diabetes and pregnancy or birth complications
The best way to get vitamins and minerals from the foods you eat as below details :
Yogurt ; They help you meet increased protein and calcium needs. Probiotics may also help reduce the risk of complications.
Legumes such as lentils, chickpeas, beans, peas, soybean are excellent plant-based sources of fiber, protein, iron, folate (B9) and calcium - Folate is a very important nutrient during pregnancy and may reduce the risk of some birth defects and diseases.
Eggs ; Whole eggs are incredibly nutritious and a great way to increase your overall nutrient intake. They also contain choline, an essential nutrient for brain health and development.
Broccoli and leafy greens ; Its contain most of the nutrients that pregnant women need. They’re also rich in fiber, which may help prevent or treat constipation.

Alcohol has a depressive effect on your system. It slows down the brain function and changes the way your nerves send messages back and forth. Over time, your central nervous system adjusts to having alcohol around all the time. Your body works hard to keep your brain in a more awake state and to keep your nerves talking to one another. When the alcohol level suddenly drops, your brain stays in this keyed-up state. That’s what causes the withdrawal. Treating alcohol withdrawal is a short-term fix, but that doesn't help the core of the problem. Talk to your doctor about symptom relief and the doctor can give you advice to help you stop drinking! #IGHEducation#Stayhealthy#healthierlife

What is your bfast today? 🤔🥪
Did you know Breakfast provides the body and brain with fuel after an overnight fast - that's where its name originates, breaking the fast!
Apart from providing us with energy, breakfast foods are good sources of important nutrients such as calcium, iron and B vitamins as well as protein and fibre.
The body needs these essential nutrients and research shows that if these are missed at breakfast, they are less likely to be compensated for later in the day.
Fruit and vegetables are good sources of vitamins and minerals so try to include a portion of your daily five at breakfast, whether that be a banana or glass of fruit juice #IGHEducation#IGHInsurance#InGoodHands

DId you know? IGH gives you the freedom of choice for hospital, treatment and location? IGH welcomes input from our clients and offers everyone the choice of what hospital they would like to be treated in and its location in Indonesia, Singapore and Australia. This is a major departure from the usual offer of insurers, which is generally the cheapest possible treatment available rather than the most effective for the condition.// Rg by @mrixy

Instead of saying “it’s too expensive” try saying “my health is just not worth the investment” and see how that sounds
You spend money to insure your house, cars, to maintain these things but when it comes to the most valuable thing in the world (YOU), you say it is too expensive. Your health is wealth. Invest in yourself, take care of your health. Dont forget to insure yourself as you insure your house & car
Set aside your time now to review your portfolio. Lets go for coffee & i will be more than willing to help you with it
