Untuk melangkah, perlu kembali ke dasar dan menelaah apa yang salah. Agar kita sadar bahwa kemenangan bukan untuk disombongkan

The @msrachelhollis inspired me to create this list but I added my own spin to it.
I made a list of items that silently bring me joy. Not many people know these 10 things make me incredibly happy. I love my family, pets, sunsets and beautiful flowers but I have a TON of other and maybe not so popular moments of joy.
What brings you joy? Make your list and save it for a rainy day. Save it for a dark day. Save it for a bright day. Save it to look back at. Save it to share. Save it for you.
Simi stated yesterday; “But what if I fail?” Does our program have a 100% success rate? Of course not. Otherwise there would be NO NEED for it because everyone would have done it already.
Honestly when I first started, I had some results but then I quit for several months. Why? I just wasn’t ready to get serious about my health. And I didn’t fully utilize the system. I was embarrassed and ashamed... didn’t want to tell anyone what I was doing or ask for help from my coach.
But when I came back... it clicked. I *fully* committed. And now I’m never turning back. I realized that quitting on my OWN SELF isn’t something I did once. It was a choice I made over and over again... until I decided to stop quitting.
Prior success doesn’t dictate future results. Excellence is not an act, but rather a habit. The secret is in our daily routine: how we think, what we do, who we surround ourselves with, what we meditate on... it’s the daily details. 2019 was one for the books, for sure. But now, #dreamEVENbigger .
. #timetrialtuesday with a shoutout to racing Kona, not my fastest race, but a race where I think I found myself again. And for that, MAHALO.
I have decided to change my life 🙌 changing for the better! I have taken on a challenge to live healthier, happier and heal my body.
I will achieve this by educating myself about toxins, nutrition, mindset, cycles, body functions, trial and error.
I have not been the healthiest person in the past, after I left school I did very little exercise, drank way to much alcohol, smoked, ate high fat foods with very little fruit and veg and yo-yo dieted. I started to change once I fell pregnant with my daughter, I gave up smoking, drinking a lot and tried to be healthier, as we all do.
We started travelling 20months ago and it has been hard to be consistent and on track. Health just wasn’t a priority and holiday mode was in full swing. I have gained 12 kgs and haven’t been feeling happy about my looks, moods or general well-being.
3 weeks ago I finally joined something that I am so thankful made its way into my life. I now have to tools to educate myself and choose my own path to a healthy lifestyle. Taking baby steps and the willingness to try new things has transformed my life over the past 3 weeks. Follow along with me as I share my progress. 💕always
Headaches, Withdrawal, Addiction.
Not without struggle, I knew going into it that walking away from pop was going to be difficult. But never realized how it would affect myself. If you have had similar experiences or have any questions comment on the blog, this post, or email.
New blog post going up tomorrow updating how the last four days have gone.
Today was a day!!!
Sometimes you just need a little reminder, that you are doing a great job. Yes, life is crazy and can feel like its crashing down on you. You are amazing! You are doing the absolute best you can do and that is more than enough!!! Being on my journey is of course a physical struggle but the hardest part is the mental struggle!!! I'm certain someone on here knows what I mean. When that inner mean person is feeding off the chaos and putting you down. And you feel like you're just trying to keep your nose above the water, just so you can breathe a little. I felt that today. I needed to remind myself it's okay! And I AM ENOUGH!!! So to whom ever needs this:
YOU ARE AMAZING! YOU ARE DOING AN INCREDIBLE JOB! YOU ARE CRUSHING IT! & MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU ARE ENOUGH!!!!! #Motivation#MentalHealth#Journey#ChaoticDay#Chaos#InnerPersonBattle#YouAreEnough ! #YouAreLoved

It’s okay to not have everything figured out, it’s okay to be unsure about what step you should take next. •
Every new season requires us to increase our trust and faith in God. As purpose unfolds you will supernaturally begins to see your next step become clearer. You see when you are doing something new and venturing out into the new waters of your journey you have to give grace to yourself as well as trust Jesus to give you fresh eyes and new prayers to pray🙏🏽
Your surrendered YES helps sustain the revelation in which your future became more clearer. It’s a wild experience to be aware of the spirit led momentum that pushes you into a place of peace, growth and manifestation of promises being revealed💕
It’s not always about quantity when you are in transition. It’s about the quality of what’s being produced. What is your YES producing in this season? It’s not always something you may see physically or immediately I’ve come to peace with the fact that God loves to produce from the inside out ❤️ •
Wherever you are in your journey, be encouraged! Keep going, don’t work against what God is refining in you. Be brave, bold and fearless.. one day at a time.. one step at a time. Before you know it, you will look up and see that God had already prepared a place for you in the midst of this crazy yet beautiful world❤️
great reminder from our girl Sarah ~ "Give yourself credit for how far you’ve come & appreciate all of the amazing changes you’ve made & are continuously making 💫 You cannot expect results in one day, hell even one week or month. It takes time, hard work & effort 💪 It took me about 3 months before I started seeing some real changes with my body & I continue to see changes both physically & mentally since I’ve started my journey. Remember not to rush the process & give yourself time & grace to achieve your goals 🌟 You are doing exactly what you should & are where you are meant to be, so let the change happen naturally babe 💕”
Love your gorgeous body every step of the way! YOU are accomplishing amazing things 💗 #TIUteam#TIUtransformation@saraahtonesitup ToneItUp.com/app
