~ 🇫🇷 Ce livre a changé ma vie je dois le dire. Je regrette tellement de ne pas l’avoir lu pendant mon adolescence (j’allais dire jeunesse, mais je me suis ressaisie). Évidemment que ces accords ne sont pas à prendre au pied de la lettre, mais s’ils sont bien compris et appliqués alors ils changent la vie. Celui qui m’a aidé le plus est le second: « N’en faite jamais une affaire personnelle. » J’ai toujours été affecté -comme beaucoup-par le jugement que l’on me portait. Cette lecture fut un déclic, j’ai repris confiance en moi et j’ai fait un million de choses que je n’aurais sans doute pas osé faire avant. Il y a quelques jours, un commerçant a été désagréable avec moi (et mon mari René) (non ce n’est pas son prénom) mais j’éprouvais plutôt de la compassion pour lui plutôt que de la colère. C’est un soulagement (je pars de très loin). Gain de temps et surtout gain d’énergie. Bref, lisez ce livre! Si c’est fait, dites moi lequel de ces accord vous a mis une claque à vous aussi 🤦🏻♀️♥️~
🇺🇸 ~this book has changed my life. I’ve read it at a time where I was about to take a big decision. I only wish I could have read it before. The most helpful step for myself was the agreement #2 : “ never take it personal “. From that day, I have decided to not bother at any comment anymore. It saves energy and time- this is a lot more pleasant 🤷🏻♀️. It probably is after that reading that I have decided to dive in and invest in my own universe and show who I really am. So read this book! And just be! “👊🌸.

I write because I know some don’t speak, they hide, putting their journey away as if it doesn’t matter or it’s not enough to tell. As if no one will understand or it’s better to stay hushed then receive judgment. I write because that was me.
I want to tell you of course it fucking matters. You and all your life experiences, how you’ve felt, what you’ve thought, all matter. All the highs and lows, the laughter and tears, the not understandings and the knowings all matter.
Our journeys may not look the same but they all have a commonality.... Love
Whether we embrace it, hide from it, chase it, allow it to penetrate our depths or we block it completely. Whether we show up totally open, restrictive or blocked. This journey is of love.
My message is my journey and so is yours and it speaks from within each of us. Will you let yours be spoken? At least to yourself without hiding any parts of you?

I love the reflection of this cloud on the water. It’s a great reminder that the thoughts we think about ourselves on the inside are what we are reflecting to the world on the outside! Self Love can be a challenge, it can be uncomfortable, its unfamiliar, it’s vulnerable! But it’s also the greatest gift we can give ourselves! When we learn to live a life of self love what’s on the inside becomes what we reflect to the world on the outside! #selflove#love#joy#peace#abundance#reflection#gratitude#authentic
A body scan meditation can be a helpful way to check in with the physical self, especially while you’re lying in bed getting ready to drift off to sleep. Bringing awareness to every part not only helps connect body, mind, and spirit, but this kind of meditation can serve as a way to calm the whole self before slipping into slumber. 🧘
Here’s how we like to practice a body scan:
1️⃣ Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
2️⃣ Start with the crown of the head. Send awareness to this part of the body. Notice the sensations you perceive. Allow any tension you feel to soften under your attention. Stay as long as you need.
3️⃣ Work your way down the body, lending attention to every part. It may help to breathe into areas of discomfort and invite accumulated tension to release as you exhale.
4️⃣ When you’re ready, return your attention to the whole body and the sensation of your breath. Feel yourself fully present and aware in this moment.
