Well I have done it once again..... I HIT 1K!!After today’s 5.60 miles I have officially hit 1,000.70 running miles (1,610.15km) for 2019 so far! I have worked so hard for this, I’ll admit it wasn’t exactly always easy getting those miles in, but I am always determined! •
I have a 3 year old, 6 year old, 9 year old, and a 13 year old that I’m a full time stay at home mom to. I also have to help the farmer-hubby a lot during spring, summer, and fall. My miles I run are all outside Nebraska miles, which many of y’all know Nebraska is a wide open space that will eat you up for breakfast if you don’t educate yourself on running in its extreme-fierce weather. I have to run a lot during the evening, in the dark and in the middle of the night.....but I make it work and my family helps me make it work! •
I’ll obviously keep going strong until the end of the year, but it feels good to have one of my many running goals accomplished for this year. •
~2015-1,037.41 Miles✔️ •
~2016-910 Miles & I had my 4th baby whom I ran 502.05 Miles with while pregnant✔️ •
~2017-1,502,00 Miles✔️ •
~2018-1,250 Miles ✔️ •
~2019-Closing In on over 1,000 Miles✔️
Thanks to everyone for your continuous love, encouragement, support and inspiration you give me everyday. Hugs and loves. 🥰🤗😘❤️

FULL BODY CIRCUIT
Happy Saturday everyone! I didn’t have much time, so I decided to reuse one of the routines I made for my boot camp class. 3 rounds each circuit, 45 seconds working, 5 seconds in between each exercise and 1 minute rest after each round. Try to get as many reps in the 45 seconds as possible using semi light dumbbells.
Circuit 1: lower body
Circuit 2: upper body
Circuit 3: core
Circuit 4: cardio

This may have been one of the toughest days on a bike I have ever had. My goal going into this race was to finish because it was by far the longest time I’ve spent on a bike at one time. I finished and placed third which surprised me. I never cramped due to @amphuman, I had no issues with my bike and I was greeted by @jfactor6 at the finish line who may or may not had to make sure I could physically move afterwards. #iamspecialized_wmn#oakleybike#juststrongcommunity#juststrongambassador
What do you think? I came in for just a trim, but my hair stylist was nice enough to complimentary style my hair as well. I need to fix my hair like this more often instead of wearing a ponytail practically everyday 😆 .
A rare occasion when I’m not in my gym kit so thought it deserved a post as evidence!
Here was me before last nights work Christmas party.
I spent all day hunting the shops for an outfit and just couldn’t find anything so came home feeling pretty rubbish and quite sorry for myself.
I’m not great at social situations so I always like to have a plan of what I’m wearing ahead of time to take one less thing away to be anxious about. This week though, time just ran away and I didn’t get a chance to plan!
So I raided my wardrobe and found this outfit...I have had the skirt for about 10 years, I bought it for a night out in uni and haven’t worn it for about that many years either! It wasn’t until I washed it today that I realised it was a size smaller than I usually buy now 😱
This made my hungover self feel quite proud as it shows that over the years I have continued to work hard with healthy living, eating the right foods and exercising.
HOWEVER....I did take a moment to appreciate that despite the skirt being a size smaller, I definitely haven’t lost my butt, that’s still there and continues to grow.... #buildthatbooty
And with my pair of trusty #christianlouboutin little black shoes I could hardly go wrong, right?!

I know that I have a greater chance of getting cancer or some sort of fatal disease.
my mom passed away at 45 because of breast cancer. my grandpa died from leukemia. my other grandpa is currently battling colon cancer and diabetes. my grandma has hypertension. my other grandma has heart disease and is at risk of heart attacks.
illnesses run in my family.
when I get older, I don’t want that for myself. I’m taking care of my health NOW and everyday for the rest of my life to reduce my chance of getting fatal illnesses.
yes, I probably do have the genetics for these diseases, but my lifestyle can dictate whether these deadly genes will get activated.
it is my goal to be healthy so that I can live to truly fulfill my purpose.
I was very unathletic growing up, I tried out a few different sports, but was never good at any.
I did soccer for a year in middle school, I was horrible at it, tried out for the school soccer team freshman year of high school and didn’t make it. in PE, I failed every single push up test (the most I could do was 1 push up lol), never got an A on the mile. I then joined the track team so I could get out of PE the next year, but I was one of the slowest people on the team😕
after I quit track, I didn’t think I was ever gonna exercise again because I had been bad at it my whole life. after 18 months of no exercise, I stepped foot in the gym, and here I am now a personal trainer.
