Not too long ago I told a good friend about how I was linking up to help raise awareness for the #satxcommunity butadvise how they too could add Value, not only help them buy a home BUT KEEP it too! So many of my Realtor mates looked at me differently. I get it no one wants to be sold. But I knew this was different. Side note: So there is an unspoken stigma that if you’re a Damn good Realtor then you’re hard core ONLY focusing and doing just that! Anyone caught doing or promoting any other stream of income must be less than great at their field or not making it to result in adding additional income. Point of the story is Value! This very week my Friends spouse posted about the hardship and emotional pain #covid19 is causing on the family . My heart has been on edge to know the very woman I look up to and adored is in ICU and not 100% the smiling , amazing laughing creative ambitious and hardworking woman she is. To know she has been ill 2 months now and now seeing #gofundme account made me feel horrible . I’ll tell you why (getting to my point). In the winter of 2019 I wanted to meet with my friend and her spouse to discuss the products & services I was training on to present to the community. To make an impact on generational poverty, to be the change and to protect the people I represent. She kindly let me know her spouse was an advisor and they were “good”. I didn’t want to press on merely giving me time to just maybe present the items to compare to what he does for his clients to gain knowledge or give me knowledge too. I should have pushed to make sure they have products that cover monthly expenses and/or lump sum to pay for things health ins does not. Health insurance does not cover your bills or mortgage or third party expenses when you’re down and out. I been preaching , speaking & marketing myself in excitement to those who’d listen. I could’ve been there to help them. Today I write this knowing that #sanantiniorealtors may see me in two ways.
1-Someone with vision that goes extra to watch out for people or 2-That #realtor that is not 100% diehard just sales

When someone passes away, their heirs often face estate and inheritance taxes on any assets they receive. If you’re worried about your loved ones getting hit with a big tax bill, a life insurance policy can help cover these added costs.

Car insurance is an expensive component of car ownership 🥴🚗
Here are some ways I can help you save 💰 💵 💴
🔸increase your deductibles: you’ll be paying less each month
🔷Combine Policies: if you have more than one car in your household, get them under one policy and enjoy the multi-car discount each car gets!
🔸Ask for applicable discounts you may qualify for: if you have no tickets or accidents on record, you may qualify for the Safe/Good Driving discount
🔹Bundle your 🏡 homeowners policy and auto 🚘 policy to get one of the biggest discounts applicable and save 💰

A little TB when we were quarantined in Omaha.
Adapt and overcome, the new way of doing business in 2020. I am so thankful I am part of a recession proof Industry that even on a pandemic we are busier than ever!
What new skills have you learned being quarantined? 🤔
I remember people trying to put fear into me when I first got my brand new home at the age of 23, telling me it was a huge commitment and that I will end up not being able to pay my mortgage. Some didn’t even believed i got my home without a co signer. And it made me realize that due to FEAR, people don’t go after their dreams and goals; and that’s super sad.
I’m fully convinced that as long as I do my part, God will always make a way 🤍
How I wish my mom was here to experience life with me. 🦋
I’ve so blessed and only God knows how grateful I truly am. I remember the endless conversations that I would have with my mom as a teenager telling her....one day I’m going to graduate from A&M, I’m going to move to a big City, get a great paying job and then start my own business...“Mom I’m going to make that happen, no matter what!”...I know she would be so happy to see how things have slowly started to unfold.
