El pan es multigranos @fitcookbymarymendez ,lo puse en el panini para que tostara luego le puse aguacate y lo hice en forma de puré y a cada tajada de pan un huevo encima, esto queda riquísimo y por encima un poquito de perejil deshidratado, pimienta y una pizca de sal😋

I didn't need a new workout plan or another "thing" on my already crazy-busy plate.
When I became a coach, I was juggling 2 jobs as a server & personal trainer, I just moved 4 states away with Ben for the first time & my student loans were starting to kick in.
What I wanted & desperately needed was a PURPOSE, something more than just waking up everyday to work, work, work & then crash on the couch the second I got home.
I didn't have extra money, time OR energy to give, but that's exactly what I needed. It took me almost 6 months, but finally made a choice.
Either continue to struggle and know exactly what everyday was going to look & feel like OR get REAL & do something different.
So I chose different. I started nannying to pay the bills & coaching to build a FUTURE.
I didn't listen to my family who was worried I was making a gut decision, college friends who were on a diff life path, old HS peeps on FB who were grinding daily for other people's dreams & just talkin shit cuz they didn't "get it" & anyone else who said "that doesn't actually work.
I didn't have time for THAT ^^. Instead, I listened to my heart & to the other women in this business who were making money & lifestyle MOVES.
Cuz at the end of the day, I know what I want my life to look like & I know that coaching is going to give me the freedom to live that life, the income to do whatever I want when I want & the energy to enjoy it all everyday!
Waking up with more movement, quiet time, walking and WATER to prep for my day. Being on the road is most definitely fun but does challenge my routines and productivity. I have a virtual meeting tomorrow to prepare for.
Today is the day for last minute details, slowing down enough to dive in and doing all the personal self care that helps me professionally. (hydration is key)

Self compassion 🥰 for healing
This week I have been inspired by the wonderful 'Self compassion cards deck' by Dr Chris Willard, Mitch Abblett and Tim Desmond.
If you like these posts I recommend getting the cards, they give you fifty mindfulness based self compassion practices to try each day.
Today's card for me was 'Natural Compassion'
It reads 'Picture a child, animal, or any image that makes you feel warmth and love.
Take three breaths sending compassion to that image'
After, notice what happens in your body when you send this open hearted loving intention towards the image.

Ooooh the scales - Love them or hate them there is something really important to understand about them.
If you stand on the scales every morning it is OK for you to be 2lb lighter than yesterday and tomorrow be 3lb heavier than Sunday.
If you go to a weekly weigh in class it is OK for you to gain 1lb one week then losing 2lb the next once you have gone through an initial period of weight loss.
It is OK for women to fluctuate in weight throughout their menstrual cycle - some gaining and losing over half a stone throughout the month.
It is OK for women to gain some extra healthy weight as you get older, it is needed to support you through the menopause.
What the scales don't tell you is how healthy you are on the inside yet many of us allow the numbers to dictate how we feel which can lead to daily self sabotage, worry and disproportionate view of how we see our body in the mirror.
We work with many women who are stuck in this diet - scales - binge - diet - scales - binge cycle. We help women develop a better relationship with themselves, and their bodies and minds.
The scales are not your guru, you have the power in you to change your beliefs and behaviours. With a little coaching from Sugar and Spice Wellness you can take back control.

When I was a young adult, I immersed myself in the study of the sciences. There was no emotion, just logical, empirical information which I thought I could count on, unlike the unpredictability of the heart.
It was soon after when I discovered yoga and I really liked all the philosophical talk about detachment and learning to withdrawal from the senses, I thought it seemed “science-y” at the time. The more I learned about things like gravity, brain waves, bones, physiology and how we study these things I came to terms with something very important. Science is filled with unknowns, educated guesses and unproven but “likely” theories. The parts I gave attention to most in yoga philosophy were only pieces of a much larger complex.
Do you know what an educated guess really is?
It’s a leap of faith. .
You know what enlightenment really is?
To exist as pure love, a love that unifies all things as the fabric of this existence. In this we also must put faith in our journey.
These are two very unscientific explanations of the very structures I was grasping onto as a way of understanding the world. I began to move out of my black and white mindset to see so much more, finding the courage to have faith. To realize that our place is much more flowing, organic and finding it wouldn’t be a scientific equation. Being love is beautiful , giving without expectation is loving, this is yoga. Think of how lifting others up only heightens the power of love. .

Must keep reminding myself this especially this crazy time of year. I feel it’s the time when we can crash and burn towards the end of the year. If my wheels start fulling off then everything else gets affected. Time to tighten those bolts on those wheels and make sure I’m having some down time. Walking in a winter wonderland ❄️
I always go for an early morning walk, watching the sunrise is the most peaceful and freshest way to wake up properly! I take a cup of tea if it’s super cold in a @keepcup and it has turned into a morning ritual that I love ✨ I prefer going for walks in the morning because at night it doesn’t seem as fresh or pretty and I know I won’t end up going for a walk which means I won’t be getting my steps in 🤭😂 it’s so weird I ever used to be a morning person at all until I started using @thebeautyofeczema eco therapy principal as a priority but I’m so glad I’m an early bird now, days go so much longer and I can fit a whole lot more in and it also means there’s always time for a pamper ✨ are you an early bird or a night owl? 😌 I’m actually a bit of both 😂🤭
If you had a choice, what would you pick - a positive thought or a negative thought? The answer seems easy, right?
Even though you know what you'd pick, even though you understand the depth, the potential behind a positive thought, yet in our day-to-day, we let the negative thoughts take over our day.
It could be super basic from frustrations of the traffic to reaching late at the office to getting cream on your coffee (when you didn't ask for it), it could be anything and everything. Of course, these are only the basic scenarios and it only gets worse.
We don't have control over our thoughts, over our emotions. And that's why, the negativity takes over. The tiredness, the frustrations, the stress, not getting results - all stems from that.
When you're in the throes of self-doubt, it might be hard to believe that there's a way out. It's easy to believe that your self-doubt or lack of confidence will stop you from achieving your goals, being at peace and living a fulfilled life.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But this doesn't have to be the case at all! Confidence can be learned, and while the journey from self-doubt to inner confidence is layered and multi-faceted, it is so incredibly worthwhile.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Oh my when I read this quote today it resonated so much to how I am currently feeling that I felt compelled to share
After being poorly for 5 days and today feeling much better and being able to exercise it made me realise how our health is the most important asset.
All the things we strive for often don’t make us happy and we don’t take time to look after our amazing bodies. What is the point of having money in the bank if we don’t feel energised and happy on a daily basis. Energised to enjoy life.
Today when working out with my lovely ladies I felt happier, alive, energised and full of positive vitality. -
This wouldn’t have happened if I hadn’t of moved my body in nature. Before I exercised I was questioning like I am sure you do whether I had the energy. -
I am so pleased I choose to give it a try. -
Getting out and using my body and recharging by moving felt amazing. -
Exercising has proven scientifically to be so healing and even more so in nature. -
I could literally feel all the positive natural chemical reactions happening to me. Dr Tara Swart explains in her book it is the extra oxygen that goes to the brain which ensures exercise has such a positive effect. For me made even better by working out with others; as of course sharing the experience is helping my emotional well being.
Can you remember moving when you were a young child, running around carefree? Without a to do list or a list of why it isn’t possible for you?
I promise you if you have a regular workout practise your life will improve in all areas. It will lift your spirits. Those toxins that make you think you are tired will be released and every week you will start to feel more and more energised. It has to start with choosing to. do it. You won’t feel like it your brain will always tell you to stay comfortable until it is rewired in knowing exercise makes you feel incredible. It will tell you you are not the exercise type. We are human beings we are designed to exercise. -

It’s not the money I’m after. It’s the freedom to live life on my own terms. ✨ Our sanity, purpose, happiness, and time can’t be bought. I used to DREAM about a life of working hard at something I love, helping others, making a living, and not needing to be chained to a desk 24/7. I spent years waking up and going to jobs I kinda sorta liked, not feeling like it was “me”, and wondering if and when I’d ever be able to really use my time wisely. My goals have shifted tremendously over the years. I prioritize myself. I focus. I write my goals down and quantify them. I work very late nights sometimes and sometimes early mornings. Take the money out of what you do and move with purpose. 🌟 Money helps, money is great, but don’t forget your why. 💕
