. 1️⃣ Hallmark Christmas movies are unwatchable. I mean, even those of you that love them acknowledge the acting is terrible and the plot in every movie is the same, but those are the exact reasons why I. CAN’T. DO. IT.
. 2️⃣ The Instapot is way too much work. By the time it would take me to translate a normal crockpot or stove recipe into Instapot language, I could have eaten said meal in my crockpot. Let’s be real - Instapots are for poor planners 🤣
. 3️⃣ I know plastic straws are bad for the environment and stuff but... have you ever used paper straws?? 😖

When looking for a gym, lean harder on truth than hype. Results, over pomp and circumstance. As marketing and advertising for gyms, fitness studios, coaches and diet plans continue to ramp up from Black Friday, to New Years, remember that a narrative of grandeur does not necessarily equate to results.

All current 67 records are held by lifters that were not compeditive lifters when they joined our team. Just everyday people that want to be strong, that lean on hard work, not hype, and simplistic barbell training, not the newest programming that only works if every set is posted online.
