Umibudo or “sea grapes” 🍇 is a classic delicacy in Okinawa where its mostly harvested. Is rich in vitamins, antioxidants, iron zinc, omega3’s and a rich source of vegetable protein. The taste is very much like caviar as the pearls when eaten have a very satisfying pop in your mouth with a briny salty flavour very much like caviar. The consumption of this algae is one of the reasons Okinawans live so long. #umibudo#seagrapes#okinawa#okinawafood

This pic pretty much sums up how my week has been looking (minus the wine lol) I’ve just been lounging around, napping, cleaning, doing laundry 🧺 & cooking this lil babe. So stoked because @mikeras_ & I are gonna see his sweet little face tomorrow in 3d 💙🥰
