Bench had been stuck at 180kg for a year!
Today finally smashed through that with a 185kg (vid 2) felt easy so asked coach @alexdekenpl if I could try 190kg and he said yes! Then realised @roblineker had 190kg on the board, so I asked if I could go 190.5kg (vid1) and edge him out and we both said “FCK YES!!” So I did, sorry Rob, still love you. .

Here are a few crisps you might wanna hear about HIIT ✳️Work really hard, rest and work back even harder. ✳️Start with the ratio 1:2(work:rest) while excelling, try coping up to 1:1 ✳️ No equipements needed- you can simply apply this through any of your favourite activity. *This may be as simple as climbing the stairs at your maximum speed for 40seconds resting for 80 seconds and continuing to climb up as fast as you could for the next 40s.* ✳️ Typical session: 3/4 days a week
Preferred duration: 20 to 45 minutes.
Putting your body through 2 different states is the reason for calory burn.
