Feeling like your broker can’t keep up with your business or the ever evolving industry/technology? Are you thinking bigger than your office will allow? Are you the smartest person in every room you’re in? It’s ok to wonder if there’s something better for you out there. I was 100% against moving to KW when I did because of my personality type — I’m loyal and loved where I was. I didn’t know what I didn’t know. My life and my business have transformed, and I know I would not be where I am today without the help of the big thinkers I surround myself with, the coaching and training I have available, and the environment in which I get to be in every day. KW has truly changed my life, and I know there is no better place I could be. I would be happy to share my #kellerwilliams story and show you the numbers — cold, hard facts (not just my fluffy opinion) — on how my business has grown. And I can show you how it can happen for you too. #drinkthekoolaid#itsdelicious#tasteslikesuccess#ilovemyjob#andilovemybrokerage#joinme#imwithgary#onward
🧘🏼♀️The night didn’t go as planned #DoesItEver 🥴 but I really needed to fight for it tonight and “it” is me! Truth is I’m having my first “minor” flair in close to 4 years now. I’m not posting this for sympathy (prayers yes) 😊 but I post this to raise awareness of MS. It’s silent and nobody can (typically) see its wrath but to those with MS its loud and annoying. Silver lining for me...mine has been dormant for a longggg time and this flair is minor in comparison to many of my friends with MS. What I need to do is minimize my stress 😂 #Hahaha I have chosen in this life to turn my test into my testimony. I have MS but I will be DARNED if MS has me. I will fight. I will pray. I will keep telling my story and I fought tonight for my continued mobility. This hand may feel like I am sticking it into a bucket of nails sitting in lava but I know it’s my nervous system being a little....... #Onward#mswarrior#fightingforit#worththeeffort#shewearstruth#momwithMS#Momofthree Thank you for the butt kicking @jerichomcmatthews

For years and years I have heard people from all different sectors of my life recommend this book. My response was I am too busy to further develop my creative side.
Then I realized that thinking I was too busy was the problem... not that I am too busy.
I have time for creativity.
I have time for fun.
I have time to race triathlons, swimrun, trail and open water swim races.
I have time to be an awesome single mom.
I have time to be a business owner and physician.
I have time to have a boyfriend and great friends.
Nothing is stopping me.
Day dreamin’ about what my life may look like in 1 year, 5 years, 20.... etc. ✨
I’m dreaming BIG, stick around long enough and you may just get to hear what they are && see me achieve those dreams.
I honestly didn’t start day dreamin’ about things like these until this year but this is what fuels me daily.
So like any college application or job interview, where do you see yourself in the future?!
DREAM BIG 🌟
The #ArenaAcademy was one of the richest learning experiences I have ever had. I learned within 5 days what they generally teach you in a semester of college.
I was on the #DataDirector track and enjoyed every minute of it. Yes, I faced several challenges such as technical difficulties and simple information overload. Sometimes I felt like my brain went into hibernation. But thanks to an amazing group and instructors like Santiago Martinez Catherine Tarsney and AJ, I managed to pull through and understand the material. They were very supportive and motivated me to push through.
The #ArenaCup was a tough and effective hands-on experience about how every member of campaign contributes to its success and taught me how everything comes together. I'm so grateful for my amazing Arena Cup team with Shannon Geison, Ezra Stoller, Emmet Clark, Caleb Cade, Claire and Daniele Anderson; you guys all rocked and pulled me through. It was so much fun working with you all.
As I am figuring out my next step, I would definitely like to get more experience and knowledge in data analysis and SQL so I hope to find some resources for that.
Also, thank you so much to my friend Rebecca Brubaker who kept the faith in me, whenever I felt totally inadequate.
I would highly recommend the Arena Academy to anyone interested in getting involved and is passionate about taking our country back. There are seven different tracks to choose from and I'm sure you will find one that speaks to you.
And last but not least, nothing like this would have been possible without @hillaryclinton . #ThankYouHillary#Onward#StrongerTogether
We did it again, thanks to the help of @maguiregrouprealty. We are so grateful for every new page we turn in this crazy story (as we move into our 5th home together in 5 years 😳), but we’re especially grateful to hang up our tool belts for a while and remember how to rest. Geography and financial gain are just insignificant pieces of that crazy story compared to getting to be together wherever we go. 💗🏡 #onward#DukeTalesYearSix

I love this account @the.holistic.psychologist .
When we’re in survival mode, we aren’t always our best selves. We are, simply, surviving and not necessarily thriving. I have done things in survival times that I cringe at when I think about them. I’m excellent at beating myself up and making myself pay for mistakes over and over. I’m also excellent and being self aware and realizing it’s not healthy to continually punish myself for past mistakes like those made in survival mode.
Forgive yourself and remember you’re a thriver and not just a survivor. The best part about this thing called life is that we get to continually edit and change course. Onward and upward.
Track workout today.
3 mile warmup
7 x 1k (4:10 ~6:42 pace) w/2:00 VERY easy btw
2 mile cooldown
Actual: 4:06, 4:02, 4:02, 4:02, 4:02, 4:02, 4:02 (Avg 6:28 pace)
10.5 miles total
I have mixed emotions.
I’m trying to shove all the positive thoughts I can into my head. I’ve also had a song that means a lot to me on repeat.
26 years later... The uniform still fits, but this man barely remembers that boy.
The space between these pictures... the wins and losses, the laughter and the tears, the births and deaths... the victories and the scars... they shaped me.
Today, I offer my scars... what you call "wisdom"... as insight I have gathered from tearing into this world and having it tear into me.
My scars are a receipt for time purposefully spent. They are the memories I proudly point to while most people timidly speak of their dreams.
I cherish the space between these two pictures... for who I am now and for who I am to become.
If not to shape me into a better man; a better husband, a better father, a better son, a better brother, a better friend… then all of my experience, success, and education will have been a selfish waste.
It has been a busy and exciting month for OSP at SMA, but the Scholars have come up for air this week! They began the school year with a workshop reflecting on the connections between Michelle Obama’s lessons in Becoming and the mission of OSP. Both cohorts and their families gathered afterward to celebrate with a BBQ and outdoor games on the Senior Lawn. Friday afternoons have been dedicated to SAT math prep and college workshops. 2 weeks ago, Scholars and their parents helped welcome top students from our Catholic partner schools to the Young Women of Distinction Awards on campus. A week later, Scholars enjoyed a weekend together in the mountains at their retreat. In between getting to know themselves and defining leadership goals, the girls got to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, a ropes course, and a night of karaoke! Onward to many more shared adventures! #onward#smabelles#Scholarsgottalent
