This happened this week here in Scottsdale in a very affluent neighborhood. Father came home late in the evening to find a door to his home open, with his wife and young daughter asleep, dog barking in front of his daughters bedroom door. When he opened it he found a naked man wearing only a mask in his daughter’s bedroom. The man lunged at him with a large piece of wood so the father fatally shot him with his shotgun. His daughter was unharmed. All I have to say is THIS is why our 2nd amendment is so critically important. Kudos to the father for thinking quick on his feet and being prepared to protect his family. Bravo!! 👏🇺🇸 #2A#protectingyourfamily#gunrights#intruder#scottsdale

Took William to A&E Monday to be checked. His tonsils are extremely large, he was restless all night. Followed by he makes this nose to clear his throat which is something Reece does to open his airways and he has asthma.
We were sent away to monitor him as the doctor wasn’t concerned at this moment in time as his breathing was ok and not obstructive. So I decided in the end to go back to our doctors to get another emergency referral to ENT unit. So waiting on this now and we have to go for bloods. .
So frustrating when your child isn’t well and you just know they aren’t ok but made to feel otherwise. At least I have pushed it for more answers and quicker appointment. .

With the wake of Coronavirus, one of the things that has become essential yet short is hand sanitizers. .
Though they are not an absolute necessity when you are at home but definitely a need when you are outside home, travelling or working where you do not have 24/7 hours access to the soap and water.
Guess what, you Can prepare your OWN hand sanitizer at home.
Things you'd need: - 60-70% Rubbing alcohol (Scientifically called Isopropyl alcohol)
-Aloe Vera Gel - Lavander or any other oil for scent ( it's okay if you do not use any oil)
How important is life cover? 🤷♂️ This is a question we get asked a lot.
To answer it you need to think about: do you know what will happen to your loved ones if you have no life cover?
If you were to pass away without any life cover in place, can your loved ones afford to pay the bills and mortgage?
If not then your home 🏡 could get repossessed by the lender and sold to repay the outstanding debt on it.
If you have children 👶 and/or a partner then they can potentially lose their home and will now have less income coming in to help them to find a new place to live. 😖
Life cover is not as expensive or as complicated as you’d think. 🤗
Social media etiquette when it comes to adoption (pre and post placement) can be hard to navigate. Remember this... You are the gatekeeper of your child’s story. When you talk about adoption, whether pre or post placement, do it in a way that honors all members of the triad. Acknowledge the difficulty and beauty of adoption.
When writing a post (even if your account is private), always think… “If the expectant mom or birth parent see my post, how would it make them feel?” Ask yourself if you are claiming the child as your own before placement has happened. Are you coming across as saving the child from their bio parents? Also, don’t over share details that are not yours to share. You don’t owe an explanation to anyone. Trust me, people will ask!
Sit down with your spouse (if applicable) and decide what you will share and how before any questions come your way, that way you are on the same page. Be careful to only share things that specifically talk about your piece of the journey, without sharing or oversharing pieces of the child's story or the biological parent's story.
