With lot of people being out of work I am thankful to work from home for the past 8 years.
I am reaching out to let you guys know if you or anyone you know needs insurance or would like to get quoted on your current insurance to see if we can help you get a lower rate I'd be happy to help you with that!
Also if you know anyone in the auto dealership business please pass along my information so they know someone is available to help their clients at this time.
Please message me or give me a call if interested!

If you’re negotiating a new lease or a change in terms, get it in writing. At the very least get email confirmation of the entire exchange. You’ll need it as evidence that the conversation ever happened.
There are living benefits that can go along with a permanent life insurance policy. Make sure you've taken the time to understand what options are available when it comes to your life insurance plan.
I often see advertisements on social media and on TV for inexpensive life insurance policies. Don't get me wrong, I'm a big believer in having inexpensive life insurance through a term policy. But, it's also a good idea to consider having a permanent policy that can provide you with a living benefit of cash value.
This is probably not a surprise, but I have more than just one type of life insurance policy and they are layered to take me through the different phases of my family's life.
BE PROACTIVE and speak to your landlord. Try to negotiate a deferral of your rent payment for April 1 and beyond. Although evictions have been put on hold, they were still being filed. When this is all over, and you’re out hustling to bring in income, you don’t want to take a day off to see a judge in court!!
Every year, there are a ton of dryer fires due to lint accumulation. While you may be cleaning out lint in the lint catcher, a lot of lint actually falls beneath onto the heating element of your dryer.
This can cause your dryer to overheat, and in some cases, start a fire. Not good.

. “I took this pic at the beginning of Oct, before the snow, and just got around to editing it. I was told that all the older buildings have red lights on top, due to when the municipal airport was around. But since it's gone, all new high rises do not need to have them!”

6 years ago today my apartment burned to the ground, the greatest friend @jalebrija rushed over and saved Malcolm and we slept on his couch that night. The next day Peter Lawrence from @wythehotel moved me into a beautiful room where the two of us lived for three weeks. It felt so overwhelming but after I found out Malcolm was safe none of the rest of it mattered. That day put so much in perspective and I’m forever grateful ❤️
