Join us at a drop-in consultation session on February 24, 5:30 – 8:30 p.m at City Hall. You can discuss the proposed apartment rating system with City staff, ask questions and submit your feedback. Or take the online survey by March 1 (11:59 p.m). The proposed apartment building rating system will be similar to the City’s DineSafe rating program. We are recommending that landlords visibly post a colour-coded rating provided by the City, based on their building evaluation results.
Your feedback will inform a staff report going to the Planning and Housing Committee's meeting on March 23. The report will be made public five business days in advance of the meeting.

This is a bit of a weird angle of our living space... I’m standing where our theatre chairs live and to the left on the rear, you’ll find our “new-to-us” 🎹 tucked away.
I’m finding the process of “homemaking” really therapeutic. I think it should be a slow, affordable process. Another reason I feel so strongly renters should have the security of longer term tenancies. Hard to build the life you love slowly without the stability of home.
