I was not always this confident woman you see standing in this picture. I struggle to not only find my voice but my place in this world. It wasn't until I stopped chasing the money that I was truly fulfilled. Many of you do not know that I used to work for a large corporation.....I made a lot of money BUT I was NOT happy. I left my job in accounting to pursue my dreams and have never looked back. I realize that I have always loved empowering people to realize their potential whether it is pursuing education or financial freedom. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When I left my corporate job, my income was cut in half! This did not deter me..in order to survive I had to budget and begin getting creative with saving money. I want to teach you some of the ways I was able to cut hundreds off my expenses. So on October 2 7pm CST, I will be doing a live 1 hr webinar titled "Ways to Save Money and Build Wealth". The cost of the webinar will be an early bird rate of $49 per person until September 22nd when the price will increase to $79. If you can not attend the live session, you will have the ability to watch the recording. If you are interested send me a DM and I will send you more information.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For the past 2-3 months, I’ve been saving money towards my car insurance for 2020 and I’ve managed to save £120. However, I’m prioritising this money and using it for a house deposit and first month rent.
We’re going to be temporarily living with my parents until we find a new house, if we haven’t by the 14th October which is our official move-out date from the house we’re currently in. .
I would prefer to have a house ready by the 14th October instead of moving to my parents, to move again a few weeks later. To allow us to move into a new house, we need our first month rent and our full deposit and we currently haven’t that saved. However, we do have £850 saved but that isn’t enough.
I’ve been re-evaluating budgets all week and thinking of ways to gather the extra money we need, that’s when I decided to look at my sinking funds. I’m currently only saving for Christmas, my car tax and my car insurance for 2020 but my car tax is due soon and Christmas is only around the corner, so I knew I couldn’t touch them.
My car insurance isn’t due until 2020 and I currently have £120 saved towards it. I’ve decided to prioritise this money to finding a new house. This means we are closer to our goal and it’s less stress to find the money as we now have just shy of £1k saved. I’ve also been working away at surveys when I have the time.
We want to be in a new house by November, so that we’re not moving coming up to Christmas so hopefully we can achieve this!
Bakit nga ba di nakakapag-ipon ang isang tao? Dalawang dahilan lang naman yan diba? Una, you overspend or you spend more. Pangalawa, you earn less o kulang sweldo mo.
I’m sure lahat naman tayo may capacity na maka-ipon at maka-invest if we only solve yung pinaka-dahilan bakit di tayo nakaka-ipon.
Today, gusto ko munang pagusapan natin yung cause ng first reason bakit di nakaka-ipon ang isang tao which is OVERSPENDING.
Kailangan maintindihan mo pinaka-ugat ng problema para mas mabilis mong magamot o mabigyan ng solusyon why you spend beyond your means.
Shopping or overspending can be psychological by nature. Mas powerful mind natin when it comes to saving and spending our money at kahit sa anong bagay naman. It can work in favor of you or against you.
Hello dreamers, in this video paguusapan natin 5 psychological reasons why you overspend at kapag naging aware ka dito mas makakatulong yan sayo to avoid overspending in the future.
Every year it’s the same: As you go to sign on the dotted line to renew your lease, you think, “Dang, I really should just buy a house and stop throwing money into the rental abyss.” And then you think, “Wait, what? I’m not sure if I’m ready for homeownership!”
When you rent a home, your landlord deals with the headaches of home ownership. But when you buy a home, you’re investing in your future. Unfortunately, there is no one right answer on which is better — but here are some important things to consider.
Head to the link in our bio for help deciding which one is right for you right now.
