•Exfoliates the body resulting in glowing, radiant, supple skin •Over time, with continuous use, reduces signs of cellulite by softening and evenly depositing fat (which is what causes cellulite in the first place) •Tightens skin as new, stronger cells form
•Stimulates skin renewal and rejuvenation (with after care) •Unclogs pores and allows better products absorption of nutrients •Relieves stress by reducing muscle tension (my body felt SO relaxed) •Drains your lymphatic System+ removes toxins •Gives the appearance of more energized skin •Brightens
HOW TO USE- using small circular motions, lightly yet firmly massage the dry bristle brush over entire body, focusing more on your tougher spots/ elbows, ankles, heels, and knees! For all my ExtraZz’ use @drteals essential oil body scrub ( any scent, my two favs are lavender+ pink Himalayan) over your body once wet to soothe and leave skin extra soft!
Topping it with @loccitane almond shower oil.
The way you’ll feel after is unexplainable and so relaxing! #letsbeautytogether#drybrushing#benefits#selfcare#selflove#bodycare#loveyourorgans
Y'all. I 💕LOVE💕 peanut butter, but it has FATS. When you're counting Macros, you have to be mindful of where your fats come from, (as well as carbs and protien) and one serving of peanut butter is almost half of the fat I need on a training day. So, I picked up this powdered peanut butter and thought I'd try it. 🤢 It has such an odd taste! Mixed with water per the instructions, it definitely does not taste like peanut butter. So I experimented. If you mix it with the Unsweetened Coconut Milk instead of water and toss a little cinnamon in there, it's pretty edible. Do I want to eat it by the spoonful like Jif? Nope. But it's good with an apple. Not too bad. I could probably get used to it but I'm sure on some days I'm gonna count in the fat and have a heap of Jif!
"This is not a lesson I want to learn," I said to my yoga teacher after class.
I've been battling hip and back problems for the better part of the last year. It has been frustrating as hell. Body movement is one of my primary resilience skills, and I haven't been able to do almost anything I usually do. Yoga. Lifting weights. Running. (Also, sitting...argh!).
I'm being handed a lesson. PATIENCE. SLOW DOWN. REST. And I. do. not. want. it.
I do not want to learn this lesson. I do not like to slow down. Rest has perpetually been my enemy. I am an anxious person, and stillness feels like danger. But stillness, rest and slowing down is exactly what my body needs right now so we can heal.
The perfectionist in me wants to do every pose. The high achiever in me wants to work hard and pick up the heaviest thing at the gym. The busy person and me does not want to sit still. The person who in me who wants to belong doesn't wanna be the only one lying on her mat not doing down dog.
This healing is hard. I have been resisting it. But it's necessary.
Things I'm being reminded of (filing this under #thingsimtellingyousoicantellmyself ):
Don't attach your worth to anything outside of yourself. Listen to what your body is saying, and give yourself what you need. You don't have to do it all. Choose what feels good. Do what is nourishing.
And it's okay if the nourishing thing is rest. Less work. Less straining. Sometimes we need to breathe and sit still for a minute.

“I’m not laughing at you, I’m laughing with you”. -the girl who was trying to pretend like she’s not looking at me after I made eye contact. ⠀⠀ It’s okay girlfriend, I’m laughing at me too ⠀⠀
⠀⠀ I think we take ourselves too dang seriously sometimes. Like, can we take a sec to stop pretending like we aren’t all humans doing our best as we imperfectly stumble through life? ⠀⠀ .
⠀⠀ Here, I’ll start. I didn’t sleep much last night because I was busy puking & 💩ing my guts out... simultaneously. It happens 🤷🏼♀️ stop pretending like you’ve never had a dinner that didn’t agree with you. Why is this so taboo?? ⠀⠀ Then I had my mom taking pictures of me outside of this restaurant & the girls walking past were laughing at me & pretending like they weren’t looking at me but GIRLFRAND I AINT BLIND 👏🏻😂 but I don’t care, I pointed at her & said “girl... I’m laughing at myself too” ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀
Can we stop taking ourselves so seriously please? That’s boring. ⠀⠀ Anybody with me?! 🙋🏼♀️ .
A while ago, I explained why I now love and appreciate my 'flaws'. @apoterraskincare asked me to elaborate on this subject- and Part 1 of this post is now ready for you to read and digest ♥️

Want to know the number 1 reason people want to buy from you....⬇️
You listen to their needs and find the perfect solution. This is the secret to having a successful biz. Make an offer and listen to your customer! People just want to be heard! .
If you are in the service industry, make sure that what you offer fits the customers needs. If their needs don’t fit what you want to teach...politely decline and refer them to someone you know will be a better bit. .
You want to know what we call that?! Good business karma! The universe will reward you with a huge amount of other people who are your soul clients! .
So go out there and start paying more attention to what your customers are asking you! .

Sometimes you need to slow down to speed up. The universe just granted my 5 hours of people watching and alone time at Newark before I board my plane. I’m listening to Circles by @macmiller and watching people zip off to their next destination. It’s interesting being still when there is so much going on around you.
In this video I share about:
✨Masculine and Feminine Dynamics
✨A brief description of the differences
✨Toxicity vs Divinity
✨Within Yourself & Androgyny
✨At Work vs Romantic Relationship
✨Why Masculine & Feminine Need Each Other
✨And How it Creates Juicy Passion & Love
💫Just as a general note, you should eliminate any thought that there is an expectation that you do anything by age.. You don’t have to be married with kids by 25.. Its ok to be 16 and never kissed.. There’s nothing wrong with you if you haven’t graduated from university by 26.. You’re not a failure because you don’t have your dream job at 30.. There are no rules to life. You don’t get special points for achieving certain things by a deadline. Just go at your own speed. Its not a race.
Hey mamas, what would you add to the list?⠀
Sometimes when we’re expecting, it’s helpful to think about the parts of our identity we want to stay connected with in motherhood. I still remember being freshly postpartum, and wondering if I’d ever feel connected to certain parts of myself again.⠀
There are real ways we can be preparing ourselves, our relationships, and our lives while we are pregnant for the identity transition of becoming a parent (even if it’s our second or third time!) In our course Prepared Postpartum, we have multiple lessons offering step by step support to help you navigate the transition into motherhood, empowered with tools to handle whatever comes your way.⠀
What pieces of your identity are most important to you? How do you want to incorporate those parts of yourself into your life as a mother? How might these parts of your identity shift when your baby is born? How can you and your partner communicate this and help each other hold space for those different parts?⠀
I’m curious...what parts of your identity are most important to you? What parts of your identity keep you the most happy and healthy version of you?⠀

For the past two months I’ve been sick. Constant stomach problems, viruses, just over all constant fatigue. I tried to blame everything else but myself for being sick.
Instead of telling myself “hey, you’re not taking care of yourself like you should be. Your not getting enough water, you’re not eating right and you are slacking on your meds and vitamins.” I told myself oh it’s just that time of the year, I’ll get over it soon enough. Two months later and I still feel like GARBAGE. I’ve gain so much weight. So much. Like most of my clothes don’t even fit anymore. Life has been so chaotic for me. Between moving to Oklahoma, working full time, going to school, and trying to take care of everyone else around me, I forgot to take care of myself. And it showssss. My depression and anxiety are at an all time high. I don’t sleep enough, or I sleep to much. My eating habits are AWFULLLLL. My water intake is basically non existent. Coca Cola basically is in a my blood stream. I have CONSTANT stomach issues. And the list goes on!
SO this weekend I’m declaring a self care/self love weekend. I’m going to my head right, plan out my meals, meet my water intake goals and just basically reset!
Thanks for coming to me ted talk 🙃 #weightlossjourney#losingweight#losingweightjourney#weightloss#weight#weightlossmotivation#weightlosstips#fat#fatgirl#fatbabe#fattofit#selflove#selfcare#sick#mentalhealth#workhard#workinprogress#thickwomen#thick#thicktofitthick#lovethejourney
