We love small businesses, especially those with kick butt products like UTV COM. Read below about what got them started... @theutvcom
TheCOM all started with a passion to connect with the family. We are recreationalists and love to share the outdoors with our families. We found it difficult to communicate while riding because side by sides are noisy. We found ourselves yelling in the cab and still not understanding one another without slowing down or stopping. Keeping track of those ahead of us or behind us was difficult. Stopping at every intersection to wait for the group was time consuming and would cost ride time.
The seed was then planted. There had to be a better way to communicate while riding so you could share your experiences while in the moment.

The Gem State’s Panhandle is already known for its idyllic lakes and picturesque natural beauty; truth be told, there’s no single bay in North Idaho that isn’t a scenic, magical place to kick back and unwind. Fortunately, Idaho’s sand beaches are underrated hot spots since you have to know where to find and access them – go too far north and you’ll find yourself spreading that beach towel on top of rocks!
There’s a beach on Priest Lake, however, that will make you feel like you’re in your own island paradise, but without the extra paddle. Trees, crisp, sandy beachfront, endless water views, and of course, some of the best camping our state has to offer.
On the west bank of lower Priest Lake, one sandy, secluded bay stands out a little from the rest and offers perfect lake views: Luby Bay. The beach's central location between Lamb Creek and the lake means waterfront views no matter which way you turn!
Fine white sand stretches along the shoreline, perfect for creating sandcastles and getting the Bahamas experience without the cost of a passport. Towering shade trees - although not of the palm sort - offer an escape if the summer sun gets too intense...
Fortunately, if it gets too hard to drag yourself away from the panoramic views of Idaho's Crown Jewel, the Luby Bay Campground offers large, secluded spaces. Or, if rustic luxury is more your style, the Hill's Resort is just over a mile up the beach.
Have you ever camped on one of Priest Lake’s scenic beaches? Tell me about it in the comments!
Cervidae usually shows up in your feed cloaked in spring green and balsamroot, but I'm a sucker for an underdog (and also didn't actually get up to Cervidae for peak spring shots recently), so here's one from the top in October rather! This is from a few years back when a storm was rolling in and our group narrowly escaped getting hailed on by the end of the hike 😂 Oh Idaho!

Rainbow over Gold
Last week’s wild weather ended with a rainbow over the Palouse golden fields.
I just got back from a 5 day camping trip to the Payette National Forest and it was awesome being off the grid for that whole time.
I meant to get up for sunrises everyday to take pictures but when you are sleeping in a tent and the weather outside is in the mid 30’s F, my sleeping bag just won the battle every time.
So here is a sunset picture instead that I hope you like.
