Learn more about the overall project in this great overview by
Sara Keating for the Irish Times Culture on our participation at @praguequadrennial 2019 last June.

Experience this unique exhibition at Project Arts Centre on 28 Sept, 5 Oct & 12 Oct, from 11.30am to 7pm.
Within a Virtual Reality world we meet designers and their work – in their studios, on stage, in 360 visualisations, and during the inevitable destruction of their creations.
We experience the reality that stage design exists for short and beautiful periods of time and we bear witness to the difficulty of capturing the essence of live experience.
We would really like to thank everyone who came out on a windy Thursday evening. It was an illuminating evening in so many ways. AGMs are never a hot night out, but I think we all went away a bit more in the know about where we are at and what to expect in the future.
The highlight for me was the Save our Sperrins talk by the hilarious and engaging Fidelma O Kane , who put such a real face on what is a really tragic situation. Explaining what shenanigans and lengths they had been up to to get the information that they required!
Pauline McHenry who told her story and the law side of the action as it happened but also how we should all be connecting as this is an all Ireland issue.
Cormac McAleer who mastered the screen and projector.
And to Aine Ni Cheannabhain for making this talk happen.
Niall Joyce for coming and explaining to us how things were happening in Maam and where they are at with their objections.
WE HAVE UNTIL THE 6TH of SEPTEMBER till SEAN Canney makes his decision.... bombard him with objections - he thinks it's only blowing that want this stopped! There are only 1-2 part time jobs in this but hundreds if not over a thousand other jobs that will be lost.
Address.... Seán Canney TD
"Skellig six18, the name of which is inspired by the number of steps to the top of Skellig Michael, will in its final phase also include a new permanent visitor centre and VIP lounge overlooking the Fertha river estuary as it flows into Valentia Harbour. The lounge will host a viewing deck and rudimentary observatory that lets visitors look out on to the Kerry Dark-Sky Reserve, a protected place of natural darkness that aims to exclude light pollution." - it's all starting to feel very real. Thanks to @irishtimesnews for taking the time to speak with our June about our big plans and continued progress, we look forward to sharing more with you in the coming weeks.
I've had a few talks with people about the crisis in the Amazon over the last day and the culmination of our conversations ended with the question "What can we do over here but witness and look on in dismay." .
Since then I've sat down to do some research and found through the help of some exceptional non-profit groups such as @rainforestalliance and @amazonwatch how a boy on the windswept coast of Ireland can make a difference. .
1. As an emergency response donate to frontline Amazon groups working to defend the forest. .
2. Consider becoming a regular supporter of the Rainforest Alliance's community forestry initiatives across the world's most vulnerable tropical forests including the Amazon; this is by far the most effective way to help deal with the battle against deforestation and the fighting of natural forest fires but it requires deep and long term commitment between the communities involved and the public and private sector's. .
3. Stay on top of this story and keep sharing posts, tagging news agencies and influencers. .
4. Be a conscious consumer, taking care to only support companies that are committed to responsible supply chains. Eliminate or reduce the consumption of beef in your daily life; the cattle industry in South America is one of the primary drivers in the deforestation of the Amazon. .
5. When election time comes around support leaders running for positions who understand the urgency of the climate crisis and are willing to take bold action to combat it including strong governance and forward thinking policy making. .
We are a small nation but much like the Amazonian forest fire all it takes is a spark. A spark of inspiration to take hold and make positive change on a massive scale. .
Please share this around folks or create your own posts. Saturate news feeds with this news and the chance to have a positive action come from this tragedy.

Cliffs of Moher, located at County Clare, Ireland, are one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Today there is a need to look into the parallels between the sham of Ireland’s annexation to England (1801) and India’s illegal rule over Kashmir. Neither England could subdue the Irish spirit of freedom nor India will be able to compel the people of Kashmir to accept its unjust colonial rule.
American modernist poet, Wallace Stevens wrote a beautiful poem titled as The Irish Cliffs of Moher.
The Irish Cliffs of Moher by Wallace Stevens
Who is my father in this world, in this house,
At the spirit’s base?
My father’s father, his father’s father, his—
Shadows like winds
Go back to a parent before thought, before speech,
At the head of the past.
They go to the cliffs of Moher rising out of the mist,
Above the real,
Rising out of present time and place, above
The wet, green grass.
This is not landscape, full of the somnambulations
And the sea. This is my father or, maybe,
It is as he was,
The new formula is simple: Donald Trump tweets and Mr Johnson jumps. As was obvious during his dismal spell as foreign secretary, Mr Johnson is no grand strategist. He seems to have grasped, though, that once he has torn Britain out of the EU, the goodwill of a capricious US president is just about all there is left. Now we know what the Brexiters meant when they promised the sunlit uplands of “Global Britain”. First, though, he must wrap up Brexit. At the Foreign Office he was heard to muse as to whether Chancellor Angela Merkel had served in East Germany’s Stasi secret police. French president Emmanuel Macron was a “jumped-up Napoleon”. As for Taoiseach Leo Varadkar, “Why isn’t he called Murphy like all the rest of them”.
His long record of mendacity and an infantile habit of comparing the EU to Nazi Germany have not created a reservoir of trust among other European leaders. They are unimpressed by his “do-or-die” threat of a no-deal Brexit. Mr Johnson’s crude English exceptionalism is even less endearing.
Unsurprisingly, Mr Johnson has been lobbying hard behind the scenes for an early invitation to Washington.
A quick trade deal with Mr Trump, aides whisper, would give him credibility with the EU. There is something awful in their expectation. So low has the nation fallen since the 2016 Brexit vote that the best it can now hope for is a pat on the head from an unpredictable demagogue in the White House, who publicly scorns just about everything Britain cherishes.
Mr Johnson has often been deliberately careless with his language about ethnicity. But ingratiating himself with a president whose ugly attacks on minorities tip over into white supremacism?”
