Happy Friday! 🍂✨💕 I loved that @moysesstevens had these pumpkin munchkins as a little nod to Autumn! I’m going out to get some Christmas photos today, because London is fully festive now 🎄⛸❤️ hope you have a lovely end to your week!
Oops haven’t posted in a while, here’s a few snaps I managed to take at Fenton House in Hampstead. Between scaffolding being on one part of the house and kids running around looking for pumpkins I didn’t manage to take many photos.
Leadenhall Market is a covered market in London, located on Gracechurch Street but with vehicular access also available via Whittington Avenue to the north and Lime Street to the south and east, and additional pedestrian access via a number of narrow passageways.
It is one of the oldest markets in London, dating from the 14th century, and is located in the historic centre of the City of London financial district.
The market dates from the 14th century and is said to derive its name from Leather-hall. The ornate roof structure, painted green, maroon and cream, and cobbled floors of the current structure, designed in 1881 by Sir Horace Jones (who was also the architect of Billingsgate and Smithfield Markets), make Leadenhall Market a tourist attraction.
It was used to represent the area of London near the Leaky Cauldron and Diagon Alley in the film Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone (2001) and is featured in the films The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, Hereafter, Brannigan, and Love Aaj Kal. It was also used in the music video for the 1991 Erasure song "Love to Hate You".
You have it or you don't.
You feel it or you don’t.
There cannot be half measures.
It is easy, although, sometimes, we want to complicate it.
We know what is right and what is wrong, but sometimes, we justify actions because we like to be blindfolded.
Sometimes, you just love the person you created in your imagination and sometimes, reality outdoes fiction.
Tottenham Court Road is due to become the busiest interchange on the Crossrail line when it opens. It was recently revealed that the Elizabeth Line won’t arrive until 2021, though, and it’ll likely run £650m over budget.

I had a great pleasure of being a part of the #prettycitiesnewyork book launch last night. I wish I had a lovely photo From New York to post. But despite visiting that city twice it was back in a day when I didn’t have my best friend - my iPhone.
So here is the photo of @prettycitylondon.
Loads to see in the story. Just saying. #thisislondon#paulsmith#nottinghill
