Throwing myself back into the swing of things with a leg day as ALWAYS 🏋️♀️ Been soooo unmotivated recently since not feeling as strong as normal. It’s so important to push through the mind blocks we build.
For me trying to master the mind is my biggest goal, as I know there’s so much to be unlocked in the human mind that we’re just simply not activating in our full mundane everyday lives.
That being said it’s no surprise we often find ourselves in such complex mindsets.
After quite some time trying to master getting myself into a clear mindset I find the best way for me is to simply ask myself what I want.
Sounds silly? You’re in the gym feeling weak, feeling SH*T let’s be honest. Now ask yourself what you want... to lift the weight, to finish your session, to build strength, to push yourself, you want to reach your goals.
Okay and now...
What don’t you want? You don’t want to feel like Sh*t... who does? The base line for me is no one would chose to feel a certain way, to do a certain thing, or act a certain way if the result was feeling bad for it. We are in control of ourselves; our minds, our body’s, our actions, everything... discipline takes time & a lot of practice but Taking controlllll of every lilll thing can bring the biggest outcomes❗️💗 •
Happiest of weeks to each & everyone of youuu 🦋 Letsss smashhh thissss 🤪

Morning Gym!!
I’m literally DYING to get back to training! 😫🤦🏽♀️
Whatever I built up, I can start again... I lost my strength and energy and it will take time to get back where I was but a few weeks and I’ll be fully back on track! 🙌🏼
Throwback to a couple months ago when I tried 30s for the first time. I’ve managed 5 clean(ish) 😂 reps. I wish @my_t_amazing would have recorded from the start 🤣
I miss you!!! 💙💙
So uh you want a stronger core???? Buddy come here, I gotchu 🔥🔥People have to understand that your core isn’t just your rectus abdominus but way more than that, so if you’re trying to improve your core would it make more sense to •only work linearly Or •work in a multi Dimensional fashion 🤔
Trusting the process is a lot easier said than done. Do you get so caught up in the end goal that you forget it’s the process that gets you there? Do you get so frustrated you haven’t pr’d your backsquat or front squat in years (me for instance) or do you simply continue to put in the work until the work shows for itself?
Do you get to week 3 of your new meal plan to lose weight or gain muscle and stand on the scale to see that nothing has changed and want to throw in the towel because your not at your goal yet?
It’s NOT about the end goal, you set that goal and put it on the back burner and put the work on the forefront of your mind, that’s how it works. You don’t stop because it’s taking too long, especially if your goals are bigger. They are going to take time and WORK. And today was a happy day for me, #10 PR on my front squat that I hadn’t PR’d for years. The work is why I was able to hit this lift, and I’m so happy I put the work in. ❤️ Just keep going mmmmk. ❤️❤️❤️ #frontsquat#pr#230#sohappy#crossfitgirls#girlswholift

The gym has kinda sucked too so thank god it’s a deload week, I really needed that. Takin it one day at a time, things will be solved and taken care of- woosa. Time to get my crap together tho! I weighed myself and I’m only 129lbs, tf? What the HELL have I been doing?! NEED to eat more🤦🏻♀️ gotta get a little routine going so I feel like I have some control here and there. Bae always helps me stay on the ground and tells me stuffs gonna be okay, cuz it will be! Waiting for this warm weather too! I’m tryna learn new things!!!•
I share both of these images this morning, as I single handedly consumed an entire box of Tagalongs in less than 12 hours. 😳😂
Shit is gonna happen ladies and gents...to ALL of us. No need to beat yourself up. Move on, get back on track, and realize that you didn't undo all of your hard work. Don't skip your next meal or punish yourself on the treadmill. Just get back to business as usual!
Want some help getting or staying on track?
Carbs are my friend. They can be yours, too.
I’m putting together a brand new program starting January 27th and looking for 5 busy men and/or women who struggle finding time to exercise, but want to get stronger, have more energy, and lose 5-10 lbs in the next 60 days.
It’s a remote program, so you can join from anywhere.
I’m looking for 5 to test it out at a HUGE DISCOUNT, help me work out the kinks, and get amazing results that I can use as a case study. If that’s you, comment ‘tell me more’ below or message me directly and I will let you know all the details.
Training hard is cool, but so is longevity. Are you training for life, or are you only looking as far as the “next PR”?
I used to take every set of every exercise to an RPE 10 thinking that if I pushed myself harder than everyone else, I’d get the best possible results by being willing to put myself through more pain and suffering than most people would even consider.
I thought of myself as Goku training in 100x gravity and pushing myself “past my limits” every time I trained.
I got decently strong that way. I had gym-goers stop what they were doing to watch me go for big lifts back before powerlifting was cool, and then come up and ask me about my training and diet and whatnot. My ego loved that attention, so the behavior reinforced itself.
But my body could only keep up for so long. Things started to hurt all of the time. The lifts I used to love doing became sources of frustration instead of outlets for it, because everything hurt so much all of the time that I couldn’t make any progress.
After a while, I lost all of my drive to train and stopped lifting altogether. I turned a healthy activity into an unhealthy obsession until it broke me. I can’t help but wonder how much more I would have progressed if I was a little less head-strong and a little more patient.

HELLOO & happy Monday!
Hope everyone had a great start to the week and January is almost ovaaaa ☺️👏
When it comes to "abs" doing workouts that engage your abdominals helps to work the muscle but won't magically shed body fat in this area revealing a Tarzan worthy core.
SOOOO let's get real!
Nutrition is the #1 key to getting a lean core. Eating clean is crucial and losing body fat = more visible defined core.
Ways to help improve your nutrition:
💚 FIBER INTAKE.
Fiber keeps you regular (lol sorry) and helps to decrease bloating (25g average for women + 30g average for men).
💚 WATER INTAKE.
In order to properly process foods, stay hydrated for optimal function + avoid mindless snacking, drink ya water.
💚 FERMENTED FOODS.
Any one who has IBS, strongly can benefit from eating fermented foods but it's still great overall. These foods have healthy bacteria cultures that stimulate the good "gut bacteria" and aid in digestive enzymes processes.
💚 DECREASE SUGAR.
Excess sugar can lead to weight gain (especially in the stomach/core region), cause bloating, heart problems and blood sugar problems etc.
Contains many essential nutrients and vitamins needed for the body to optimally function. Greens especially have been proven to lower blood pressure, cholesteral levels and reduce other heart problems. (Love me some avocado and spinach)
40 sec - 1 min each x 4 rounds 🔥

Dziś w planach pośladki i barki ❤ to chyba mój ulubiony zestaw treningowy. W dzisiejszych czasach w Internecie można znaleźć tysiące planów treningowych, filmików i instrukcji.
Alright, so it is January 20th, how are you doing on your new year resolutions? 🗓 You owe it to yourself to make it through this month. You’ve made it this far. Remind yourself of how motivated you were that first week of January. 💪🏻 Write down your goal for tomorrow. Put it in your calendar. Finish this month off strong!! 🗣Commit to something. Lo importante no es tanto donde te encuentras... si no a donde te estás moviendo (De mis lugares favoritos en Culiacán 😍)
