The accumulation of #love can bring good #luck , and the accumulation of hatred will cause trouble. This is somewhat the same as a subcutaneous ulcer. When it bursts, my things will be contaminated.
A slew of studies show that optimism can help:
• Control #stress
• Boost your mood
• Manage #pain
• Support healthy #lifestyle choices
• Reduce your risk of dying early
And even if you’re a born pessimist, there may be things you can do to tap into these benefits. “Optimism is a skill that anyone can practice and improve,” says psychologist Elizabeth Lombardo, PhD.

Now our website includes a selection of notable sales, including this marvelous Avalokitèsvara made in Yunnan China, dating to the 10th century.
Most surviving images of Avalokitèsvara from Yunnan are depicted standing, which makes this praying figure seated in virasana a rare find. The 34 remaining slender arms (there were 38 originally) radiate around the Buddha’s head, adding to its high-powered energy. This extraordinary Bodhisattva is executed with great artistic freedom and is a true masterpiece of tantric Buddhist art.
Sold to the George Ortiz collection; currently in the Asian Civilisations Museum, Singapore.

a BAPTISM of TEA. Using @yiwumountaintea First Pick 2020 GaoShan to initiate this cup into the world of #rawpuerh . Excellent match, making the tea's notes much deeper and powerful than they already are. We wish a good life and I even better tea for this cup!
Temperatura dell'acqua: 100°C
Tempo di infusione: 3 - 5 minuti
The Duchess of Bedford, Anna Russell, is credited with starting the custom of Afternoon Tea in the mid-1840s. She began to serve small cakes and sandwiches with Darjeeling tea in the afternoons, inviting her friends to join her to avoid long hours of hunger between lunch and dinner time. This trend soon spread amongst the middle and upper classes and is undergoing a significant revival today.
Located about one hour from Lijiang, Shigu is a small town takes the name from a large carved rock in the shape of a drum. The carving commemorates ancient military victories of the one-time Naxi rulers of the region.
Shigu is also very close to the 'first bend in the Yangtze', where China's mightiest river makes a spectacular 180 degree turn, after which it continues to flow east to the Pacific Ocean.
If these attractions aren’t interesting enough, the Shigu area is rapidly becoming a global hotspot for rock climbing.
