Baby I’m not diff than anyone else. Sometimes I don’t see the vision and I fall out of love with the process. Have to take a step back and remember why I enjoy doing what I do and how it makes me feel 💕. Slowly but surly getting back in the swing of things without, getting to it without a second thought and loving every bit of it. Uh ohhh— I feel it coming, awakening the beast 😨😌😏
As a little girl...my dad used to say, “Every day...you either get better or you get worse” 🔥
Your health isn’t an end point, you don’t just get there and stay there.... keep paying rent, you don’t know how long your lease is 😉💪🏼
I AM READY!
“I can handle anything life throws my way...”
I coach because it’s an extra push to get through!! It takes the excuses out of the game for me.
Chances are you’re following me because you’re expecting my to show up, right? You’re expecting me to post about my workout... and inspire you to go do the same.... right? .
Or maybe you just like that I don’t play games, and call it how it is — yeah? 💁🏻♀️
I wasn’t always like this....
Positive, inspiring, straight forward, and a go-getter... until I was.
And then my world changed.
This change? It could be YOURS too! 🤪👯♀️
Workout 3/60 — dripping in sweat & I feel it everywhere - with 2 lb weights. TALK about humbling! 😅

Great workout tonight with this group of beauties 💖
💖Gr*attitude for Grati*food ~5~
I’m grateful for a raw, plant-based diet TODAY because it helped me keep my food SIMPLE. I needed to put my energy into other tasks today rather than food prep, and just eating one monomeal of one of my favorite fruits helped satiate and refuel me. I remember learning about monomealing the first time and thinking it was so bizarre... and yet ...freeing! “Wow, I can really do that?!” I can!!! For one meal, it’s definitely more than A-Okay❣️👌🏾~because I’m getting back on the wagon, I need to be conscious of a lot of bad food habits I cultivated this last year in general... I would eat late and stimulate w a lot of caffeine in the morning. I’m currently on day 5 eating 95%+ raw and I’m slowly waning off of a daily coffee habit. I tried getting off it earlier cold turkey and it hit a hard headache, so I’m going the softer, more compassionate route. I’m just grateful for the momentum I’m having and also I’m grateful I had this last period. It really helped me learn about different styles of veganism (the former period’s style I shall call “restaurant stylie” 😜 and it definitely has shown me the effects of higher fat/oil and salt.)

Day 14... yes I missed yesterday unfortunately. Didnt manage to get a workout in because life got in the way unfortunately which means that I am one day behind on my workouts for the week.... that means today was Shoulders from LIIFT and damn it felt good. I felt strong and confident and super super beautiful. Such an amazing feeling. I was able to do everything 10x better then I did before and was just driven! What a great day ❤ little improvements are starting to show in mu body too. I am 1.2lbs down in a week, with hips going down an inch as well as my waist and my booty is getting rounder and more lifted!! Thanks Elise! oh and it is -40 celsius here in canada which is also -40 farenheit... needless to say it was mighty fricken cold in the gym!! #motivation#healthylifestyle#workingwoman#accountabilitygroup#accountability#fitnesslover#workingfortherightreasons#strongereveryday#winter#canada

Hello! I'm Chris. This is me getting back into a healthy movement routine. Sometimes I decide to do something and just do it. Other times, it's soooo much harder to do without accountability. Anyone with me?? So, uh hi! I'm committing to be active regularly again, not because I "should" but because I WANT to. It feels good to be active and I like feeling good.
I recently experienced (still experiencing, these things take time, possibly forever...) intense emotional hardship. I instantly did NOTHING. Or the bare minimum, I have 3 kids. It wasn't by choice honestly, I kind of short-circuited. Deciding what to buy for dinner was like trying to read hieroglyphics. Impossible.
I couldn't fathom an immediate shut down of my daily routine until the moment it happened. I'm the type of person who thrives on to-to lists, never naps (goals though!), takes on a tad too much and generally lives, go, go, go. Then my dad died and it was like a higher power hit "pause". I floated haphazardly in ultra slow motion while the world kept zooming around me. I was in thick fog. I don't remember conversations or doing certain things. My body (soul?) decided it was important to shut down, take time off, so it just did without asking. Taking time off from the fast pace of life is important and now I will do it intentionally. That's a good lesson. Equally important is me gently placing my feet back on the ground, being kind and compassionate with myself and getting back into my flow however fast or slowly that needs to be. Got to start somewhere.
🧠Having a routine is psychologically beneficial! Think back to Psych 101 and Pavlov's Dog; the little things you do every day can condition a mental or physical response.
For the last two weeks; every night before I go to bed, I've used these two @lushcosmetics products. When I bought the "Sleep Dust" I thought it would be something that just made me feel pointlessly fancy but it's become so much more than that.
My mind has been conditioned to wind down and be ready to go to sleep just by smelling the powder and lotion. I've found that I fall asleep more easily and sleep more soundly. I wake up feeling more rested than I have in years!
I want to know: what small thing do you or can you add to your day to help your body settle in at night or ramp up in the morning? Will you light a certain candle? Play a certain song? Shower at a specific time? Have the same type of tea?
We all deserve a little something to be the best versions of ourselves every day...what's yours?

Single take selfies while on the treadmill. It’s an art form! 💪
Tonight was leg day. Trying to take my legs from @kevinhart4real size to @therock. 💪
Race is still on to see who will follow me back first. •
Often dreamt of, but daunting to apply, the pull to do something differently is so compelling that we first change ourselves.
Because to dare to stand alone means you’ll have to have mastered your deepest internal struggle;
the fear of being seen,
of standing out in the crowd,
of being ridiculed, misunderstood, laughed at.
So we keep our change creation hidden until we stare down the fears of self doubt that we won’t be strong enough to stand alone until the change catches on.
The irony is that we end up not actually standing alone.
It was a dare.
It was daunting.
It was nothing.
If anything, it is liberating, freeing, and breaks the self imposed glass ceiling that limits our potential.
I did it. You’ve done it.
In fact, I’m willing to bet you know an exact time where you’ve not been strong enough to stand for the change you want to see.
I spent thousands of dollars searching for someone to have already created the change I wanted.
Thousands of dollars for a quick fix that I could pay for and just apply.
It would be so much easier, not to have to look internally to see why I wouldn’t do it differently.
Except it’s not easier.
Because the change, the difference, the uniqueness of you will materialize.
So we must do the work on ourselves.
Sometimes it takes years until we finally clear the path and dare.
Sometimes it takes decades before we actually realize we can’t not.
Then we wonder why it took so long.
Because it’s better to dare and achieve than to continue to wrestle with the fear of not being the change.
Your thoughts? <3

I joined my 1st Transphormation Challenge to lose weight. My subsequent ones were to bulk up and learn more about the role nutrition and supplementation play in my fitness journey.
This is actually kind of hard for me to post. I used put so much value in "looking the part" as I posted about fitness. I haven't been in a gym since June of 2019 (Omg since last decade 😱😱). And as a result I've lost a lot of muscle mass. I overate and gained some fluff (it was my honeymoon!) , and I was able to dial it back in to drop some weight.
But, the only way to gain muscle is to put your muscles under resistance. Which I simply can't do to the extent I need to right now. However, I'm working on letting go of that shame and embracing that this is my situation, and I need to make the most of it. -
Now, as I'm exploring a different side of fitness with @moveu, my goal this challenge is to improve my mobility and posture, and to enter phase 2 of the program to start integrating lifting back into my life. I'm using the My Transphormation app to track my macros/food, log my weight and hop in live streams to learn more about this crazy fitness world.
If you've been struggling with your situation right now, the challenge starts January 20th! I'll leave a link in my bio for you to check out the app, and my DMs are open for any questions! Totally free to join, just pay with hard work 👊.
Spent my last night in Wisconsin at the local gym! I love using @classpass GO at the gym when I need to switch it up. Today, I did one of their Lower Body workouts and it kicked my butt!! I’m setting my mind on the future and focusing on staying on track with my goals when I head back to San Francisco. It’s my biggest struggle: I start off full steam ahead and then I tend to taper off. Positive vibes and high hopes, I’m excited for what’s to come!
Let’s talk body image issues. I’ve decided they are not only a real thing, but I have them big time. The photo on the left is from April 2019. The photo on the right is from two weeks ago. But if you asked me what I thought I looked like in both pictures I would be dead serious when I say the same.
I know, I know how crazy that sounds. Clearly in the side by side there is a significant difference in the size of my body. But I don’t feel any smaller now than I did then. And then, I didn’t feel any bigger than I do now. Sure, some of my clothes feel different and I have less inflammation and pain but size and shape wise I don’t feel any different and if you asked me how I look without staring at these pictures side by side, I would swear there wasn’t a difference visually between then and now.
Thats why don’t trust myself with body image. I can’t be the only one who experiences this. Please tell me you do too? Please tell me I am not the only one who see pictures and says “that can’t be me”. What tips and tricks have helped you beat this!?
🙌🏼🙌🏼 feels so good to be back into the gym and getting back into a routine. Even if I’ve had to drag my ass there every day. The next challenge is going to be keeping myself in this new routine while going through this next transition. I let transitions get the best of me every time. Life happens, but when you struggle with depression and anxiety a small transition can cause major mood dips and get the best of you. I’m the only one that’s going to keep me accountable so expect lots of gym check ins moving forward. #lifehappens#minorsetbackforamajorcomeback#accountability#fuckdepression#fitmoms#fitnessbydesire#iamstronger
Y'all who's snagged the first of @bitebeauty complexion products?? I am in love with this foundation. It is lightweight, and buildable. Even after application when I touched my skin it didn't feel like I was wearing a foundation and I love that! Looks to come I just am sucked into catching up on @bachelorabc 😂 #bitebeauty#makeupreview#makeupflatlay

To my IG famille: this is a bit of a tmi but I have noticed that having an accountability system really helps me push forward towards accomplishing my goals. I love my wonderful coach Alex, my family and now this cool app SPAR! I signed up for another challenge to help me accomplish my goals and the tasks my coach assigns me like journaling. I keep several journals this one being one of my favorites. I saved it for 2020. This journal is based on the law of attraction philosophy (a pseudoscience) which is also discussed in a widely popular book “The Secret” (I haven’t read it yet, but have heard of it via Oprah Winfrey. I’m a huge fan). Anyway this journal makes you dig deep and on the onset prompts you to write out your personal statement. Much similar to what I did towards the end of last year when I was doing the 7 habits index cards. I have to get a new deck of the 7 habits cards to follow through on that resolution. I left it at my parents place (in the midst of delirium of packing). I’m going to be sharing my entries here as well. This journal entry is incomplete. I’m going to finish writing it before going to bed to get a head start tomorrow morning. #journaling@abundantly_free@freedom_mastery#2020#thesecret#operawinfrey#lawofattractionplanner#lawofattraction#manifestation#visionboards#selfintegrity#accountability
What are some steps to make an intention become your reality? I’m on the road again and my intention is to make these travels really joyful this time. But what’s the how?
You have to be willing to try: which also entails making mistakes, what resonates with me from a podcast I listened to was “optimizing for failure.”
Take time to reflect (a deep dive analysis) on what worked, didn’t work. is what worked aligned with the future self that you see or just fun in the short term?
Remember that during the execution of new things, it takes time for the body to adapt, for the brain to click, habits to form...so be kind to yourself.
As I’m packing myself up to leave this lounge in Shanghai for Singapore, I was thinking of how uncomfortable it was that I passed out between 2 chairs an hour ago, but how can I bring back some joy to the situation?
I had a hilariously ridiculous dream that made me laugh a lil when I woke up. I could’ve been sleeping on something less comfortable. I can feel the difference in changing the way I packed from last year so that most of my camera gear is getting rolled instead of on my back.
So how are you handling your resolutions/intentions so far? Let me know if this resonates 👇👇👇.

Wearing @aloyoga that red 😍
Two very distinctively different categories. There are people who chase wealth. That is, they are actively moving in a vibration of the material world; that all the things wealth brings, will fill them up, fill their voids or validate their existence.
Then there are those who create wealth. That is, they are actively moving in a vibration of producing value at the intersection of their purpose and their genius talent or mastery of skillsets.
Those who chase wealth will never have enough therefore never achieve what they are looking for.
Those who create wealth always have more than they need therefore find themselves having more.
Those who chase wealth don’t necessarily understand the value of generational wealth, for they earn to spend.
Those who create wealth completely understand the value of generational wealth, therefore they earn to invest.
Those who chase wealth play the short term because chasing implies immediacy.
Those who create wealth play the long game because creating implies legacy.
Don’t chase anything. That is a form of resistance. Double down on creating and the world will provide. Simply be responsible enough to understand the energy involved in creating so that you may be able to multiply it’s existence.

As the saying goes, believe in the person you are becoming so strongly, that the person who you were has no choice but to remain silent.
One choice is all it takes for momentum. One. Single. Choice.
When you’re playing with that perspective, you’re playing a whole different reality.
What does consistency mean to you?
We realize that life happens sis... so today we’re finding our accountability partner. Drop a 🙋🏾♀️ if you’d like to be held accountable this year and we’ll partner you with a fellow #MotherlandMogul
Can you see that Granny Square blanket hanging over the chair? I’m working on getting the pattern written and I’m remaking it in a different colourway ☺️it’s a great blanket for beginners, so I’m really excited to get it out there in the world. It’s one of the very first blankets that I made and 5 years later it still looks like new. Yarn is Patons Cotton Blend 8ply from @ausyarnco#ausyarnco I’m planning on putting some kits together too! Yay! They probably won’t be ready for 6 weeks or so, but if I write about it here now, then I’m more likely to finish it 🤭 #accountability 😉Happy Friday!! Mandy xx
