Whether you are trying to decide whether or not to take a trip across the Atlantic Ocean or if you should try a new dish at your favorite restaurant, you always think of the negative things that could take place. 🤔
By asking yourself these pessimistic "what ifs," you are letting the possibility that something may go wrong interrupt your reality and rational thinking.
You will turn down chances to pursue different opportunities for travel and adventure because you are always worried that something won't go as planned. These thoughts will fill you with frustration and regret.
Believe me, there are too many people guilty of the "what if" syndrome.
Before every task you give yourself, ask yourself what kind of possible consequences could arise.
So what if something doesn't go as planned?
Sometimes circumstances that take an unanticipated turn can make the experience you're on even better, and you can learn from any loose ends. So take the risk, buy the ticket and order food that's completely out of your comfort zone. If it doesn't go as intended, so be it. I'm sure you'll learn something from the outcome, despite what it is.

Fab Post 👌🏻Posted @withrepost • @midwifemarley Pre-eclampsia is a condition that occurs in pregnancy causing high blood pressure and other potential complications as a result. It is caused by the placenta and the only known cure is delivery of the baby, thus removal of the placenta. If pre-eclampsia if left untreated, it can become severe, turning into eclampsia causing seizures, organ failure and even death. .
Initially, preeclampsia may present no symptoms; however, early signs, include: .
high blood pressure (hypertension) protein in the urine (proteinuria) .
In the majority of cases, the woman will not be aware of these two signs, and will only find out when a midwife observes her during an antenatal visit. .
Although 6 to 8 percent of all pregnant women experience high blood pressure, it does not necessarily mean they have preeclampsia. The most telling sign is the presence of protein in the urine (usually 1+ or more, a trace can simply indicate a urine infection or contaminated bottle) .
As the preeclampsia progresses, the woman may experience fluid retention (oedema), with swelling in the hands, feet, ankles, and face. .
Swelling is a common part of pregnancy, especially during the third trimester, and tends to occur in the ankles and feet. Symptoms are typically milder first thing in the morning and build up during the day. This is not preeclampsia, in which oedema occurs suddenly and tends to be much more severe.
Later on, the following signs and symptoms may develop:
blurry vision, sometimes seeing flashing lightsheadaches, often severe, malaise, shortness of breath, pain just below the ribs on the right siderapid weight gain (caused by fluid retention) vomiting .
If you experience any sudden onset of these symptoms including sudden onset swelling, be sure to mention it to your care provider. . . . . . . .

What you're striving for in your life, it's NOT about the data! I would have already reached my destination, but i'm not even close. I have more books, training, audio, and research materials than anyone should have. Data and Analytics are becoming the primary drivers of our decision making. The point? It doesn't matter what data or how much of it you have, your results will ultimately come from putting that data to use, by testing it, trying it, or executing on it. What good is it if you have 18 books about making your brain better, if you haven't actually applied any of it ? Reading, Hearing, or Seeing data means almost NOTHING in the big picture. You'd be better off with 1 book and testing the data. In the end, only the data you do something with will impact your life. So, test away! Try it today! Grab one concept and work it! Remember, its not about the data, it's about what you do with the data. One small caveat :) Doing something with the data could very well be, NOT to do something! lol
"Squinting for signs of our missing drone through the murky water of an ice-cold lake deep in the heart of rural Wyoming, I found myself asking, “How the hell did I get here?” This marathon of a road trip, we dubbed as The Great American Foil Adventure, wasn’t driven by some great fascination with kiting mountain lakes but rather an endeavor that evolved from a need to do something different." In our fall 2019 issue, @crystalintl and @lukemcgillewie emark on a 10,000-mile kiteboarding mission through Canada and across the heartland of America. Fear is the biggest killer for people who don’t reach there dreams . Wether it’s worrying what people think or what your family think . .
Fear has two meanings ... Forget everything and run or Face everything and rise . .
If we run we take the fear with us which then turns into regret . .
If you face your fear we master it rather than letting fear become the master . .
So got out and take ACTION towards whatever you want because action overcomes fear #personaldevelopmemt#alwayslearning#fear#action#goals#weonlygetonelife
Akhirnya hari ini bisa lihat #gundala the #movie 😍.
Filmnya seru 👍, diselingi humor mengelitik yang bisa bikin ngakak walaupun filmnya bergenre #action dengan adegan berantemnya yang #standout scene demi #scene -nya ( #indonesia is not #kidding in making this #genre though I will NOT recommend it for children under 17 yo 😁). Well I just want to say, thank you #jokoanwar for making this #cool movie, #iloveit
Semoga film-film Indonesia makin sukses kedepannya 😘.
Rambo: First Blood Part II (1985): It’s safe to say that with release of this film and Rocky IV in the same year that Sylvester Stallone was going through a patriotic phase, and like Rocky IV, First Blood Part II is not a good film. As we learned everything about John Rambo as a character, the film doubles down on the action to make up for the fact it doesn’t try to develop him further, leading to a film that loses almost everything that made the first film great. Stallone’s performance still feels like the original character with another subdued portrayal of a calm, softly spoken man thrown into a maddening situation. With the film being set in Vietnam and having an extremely patriotic angle, it feels more like the writers (Stallone and James Cameron) were more interested in rewriting history, ending the Vietnam War in a more satisfying way for American viewers than genuinely continuing the story of an interesting character. The action is at least entertaining when goes full blown insane with Rambo being a combination of both Dutch and the Predator from Predator, helicopter fights, and lots of explosions - too bad it’s all in service of a shallow, mean spirited plot. Sadly First Blood Part II is what the series is now known for and the truly brilliant first film had been overshadowed by B movie action schlock that instead of developing its intelligent commentary, decided to just go “MURCA!”. It may please the masses, but the series lost its soul in the process. Rating: 4.7.
Think of your goal, then work backwards to now, and then step forward... even if you're shaky! 😄
By reverse engineering my dream I realised it all starts here and now with me (duh) and then all I need to do is show up everyday and do the steps I created... Ahhhh I like simplicity!
And being in the moment, which is the goal really, for when our goal and dreams become reality, it will also be here and now 😏🙏
