Helping others in need is often a good way to dispel your own upset in a situation!
The idea behind this little bit actually comes from a history of mine with tornadoes. I loved the idea of them, but feared the reality of them. Then one day, we were under tornado warning and my younger brother started crying because he was scared, and suddenly my priority became protecting him. You often forget your own fear when someone you love and claim is afraid and you want to keep them safe. .
Ethan: Boy that willfully ran into a strange portal one day while walking home from school. Has homework in his backpack. Zero experience mentoring anyone, but likes adventure and believes everyone is awesome.
Katlyn: A mage with sloppy magic. Trying to face her fears to learn control. Turned her dad into baby birds, a cloak, a crown, a box of fears, and now a fox! Mom is...somewhere? Looking for a mentor!

Both Joe and I are sick😭😷🤒 Being sick while pregnant is the worst thing ever... you pretty much can’t take any meds except the occasional Tylenol😞 Joe has been bed ridden with extreme body aches and fever for 3 days.... hoping I don’t have what he has, I definitely went downhill today😞
On the bright side the days are getting longer and slowly but surely it’s getting warmer out!🙌🏼 Murphy is a muddy mess and needs a good grooming😂
Question: what are some good natural remedies that are pregnancy safe that I can do for some relief since I can’t take meds??
Stepping out of your comfort zone is a good thing, because it challenges you and allows you to grow. It might be a little scary at first, but stick with it as you feel such a sense of accomplishment after!
During our day cruise around the caldera in Santorini, the captain of the boat offered us the chance to take the wheel. Both myself and a couple of our brave guests took up the challenge under his guidance. The experience felt scary at first and I could feel my whole body tensing up, suddenly feeling the responsibility for others and not crashing into the rocks or other boats which were fairly close 😲 Reminding myself to 'just breathe' slowly, after a couple of minutes I settled in and absolutely loved this experience 💙 If you fancy joining myself and @dr.amanda.bowen this August, well, now is the time to secure your place

"It's not the mountain we conquer, but oursleves." 📍Mt. Balingkilat
Jumpoff: Sitio Cawag Settlement, Subic Town
Mt. Balingkilat, literally the "MOUNTAIN OF THUNDER" in the native Aeta language, is at 1100MASL one of the highest peaks in the Zambales Coastal Mountains and coves area, an emerging hiking hotspot within San Antonio and Subic towns that has scenic views and nice trails that interconnect high peaks and beautiful coves.

This place never disappoints. We’re so lucky to have Sedona in our back pocket.

I miss you, winter! I miss you, snow! Thought today was snowing a bit, it melted way too quickly to enjoy it! 😢
But overall this photo reminds me that even after getting your ass to that one summit-you can always get higher. Even if I know that plane in this photo is not going upwards(doah) it is still good perspective.
Never give up. Never stop when you accomplish something. Choose next goal. Choose next destination. Keep going. Keep growing. Become better person than you were yesterday. And be proud of yourself! . .
After my recent trip around Thailand I’m thinking it might be time to head back to Indonesia... or maybe somewhere new like the Philippines... or maybe both 🤔 — either way, I need more tropical vibes in my life 🛵🏝🥥 #AllAboutAdventures
My options were to turn around or keep going... I chose the ladder.╠╣

Rocket science under extreme conditions! I will always remember the moment when freezing winds hit my face and I find light in the darkness. We have just finished an epic production with @hneri and @samimatias ~ long days outside, broken gear, frostbites and sleepless nights. Still, every second worth the teamwork and effort! Thanks also @tundreaholidayresort for the hospitality. #kilpisjärvi#finland#northernlights
