I’ve had a lot to do and going on over the last few months, and I’m not ashamed to say I was really overwhelmed with where to start. I knew I needed to find some clarity and focus to progress forward with my projects, but how do you focus on how to focus? I know that sounds like a tongue twister, but it is actually serious 😂
So I decided to turn over a new leaf this week. I want to make sure I’m making the most of my time every day, being productive and getting the best out of myself.
I’m making it a habit to continually read more and educate myself, not just in fitness but different aspects to health. I’m making it a habit to complete my daily and weekly to-do lists (finding my focus!). I’m making it a habit to constantly create opportunities to progress my business.
Making sure you have a productive day starts from the moment you wake up. My first task of the day is something that everyone can do. Making your bed 🛌 Sounds simple, but it truly does set you up for the day.
