I've taken a break from my quest of 185 pounds. I lost 70 pounds last year and realize I'm going to have some bumps in the road.

Lunch was another pound of ground beef from @aldiusa. I used steak seasoning and some minced garlic for today's flavor variation.
Dinner will be some tuna and a small amount of spinach. I'm doing 2 meals a day through the holidays.

Watching the calories and my macros has helped. Slowly losing the weight. I am eating around 1100 calories and exercising 4-5 days a week for 30 minutes.
My goal is 200 in April. It may not happen, but I'm working on it now

A cheat meal (snack) of #pickled eggs ( #Tumeric in color); package of salami; and some double cream Brie cheese. All from my favorite store @aldiusa
I typically don't snack because I feel very #satiated even with one meal a day. Today I was hungry. It's great to have these items in the refrigerator that don't spoil after 5 days.

What 5 pounds of ground bison looks like in the instapot. I packed 4 pounds to take on my business trip in separate containers.
Perhaps I'm different, but I look forward to eating ground buffalo or beef every day. It takes the guess work and the anxiety out of making food. You open a one pound package, place it in the fry pan and add your spices for the day.

I'm back on the road traveling after a few weeks at home. I went to @aldiusa over the weekend and picked up the bison packs. 760 calories per pound with a high ratio of protein.
I am keeping my one meal a day simple and simply changing the flavor via spices.
This way I am eliminating distractions, measurements, and excuses.
I hope your diet is progressing.

241 today. 241. today. Unbelievable that I used to have a 56 inch waist. I actually wore a black #Hofbrau House #Munchen XL tee shirt I bought in 2005 today. I finally fit in it after 13 years.
So I celebrated by having another one meal a day. I did have a 3 ounce snack of #jamoniberico from @aldiusa
I also exercised today giving it 30 minutes of hell.

1100 calories and I feel full the whole day.
Today I gave it 30 minutes of hell at the gym. And #deadlifts suck. That is all

Today was the same. Ground bison and bacon from @aldiusa another 1100 calorie one meal a day.
No #photoshop or #staging here at casa de Floyd. I added too much kosher salt to one section of bison, but I knew that I was miixing it together later. Turned out fantastic. And the bacon was fantastic. Is bacon ever bad?

I didn't capture my food preparation today as I was hustling about making it and preparing for my next conference call. I'm using the MyFast app on Android. It seems the least interfering with adds. Getting my one meal a day going. I again had the bison and bacon.
I want to say again that I have lost all desire for sweets, bread, Mac and cheese, pizza...This is coming from a someone that had a 56 inch waist.

Today's one meal a day at lunch was again a whole package of bacon + a pound of ground buffalo. According to @myfitnesspal it's about 1100 calories. 120 grams protein and 72 fat.
I have to say it's still a little wierd that I'm not hungrier after having a 56" waist at one time.

Another one meal a day. Around 1200 calories. Still eating a hole package of bacon and a pound of #buffalo . These packages eliminate any fat fingering of #portionsize . #keepmehonest

Day 2 of one meal a day. Dropped a few slices of bacon into the fry pan before adding the pound of ground buffalo. The rest of the bacon went into the oven.

Focusing on reducing to 200#. Using some grass fed bison and bacon from @aldiusa. One Meal A Day. 1200 calories
I am a fan of steak and eggs. It truly does not get boring. There is not large preparations for 3 eggs and a steak. 10 minutes until you are eating. If you haven't tried reducing your carbohydrates you should. The biggest benefit is the "fog" that is lifted.

Breaking a 19 hour fast. My one meal contains some veggies and meat and a little cheese. #nocarbshere . As I have lost weight I realize you have to understand what and how much your eating. You can't have cheat days when you're trying to lose 2-3 pounds a week consistently.

A 19 hour fast came to an end with 3 fried eggs and a steak at a local diner. Low carb in whatever form is easy at home and outside. Do you really need to meal prep because your life is so full? I stopped filling my life with non-essential stuff. I stopped daily Facebook surfing, Twitter surfing, and basically unplugged from the internet and TV (including Netflix). I found time to cook a hot meal. I found time to sit down at the table and eat it without TV. #monkmode#essentialism#lowcarbworks

I've been trying to eat more protein and have been baking cod. Today I sprinkled #madrascurry powder on my eggs. A pinch of the right spice changes the flavor of eggs or fish so you never feel like you're eating the same dish twice.

The final moments of cooking a 4 egg omolette. I used @kerrygoldusa butter; 28 grams of shredded Gouda cheese; and a cup of spinach. The red sauce is a hot pepper garlic. Around 450 calories. A good way to break a fast.

Breaking a 19 hour fast with a T bone and cod. I also added a spinach salad with about 28 grams of Gouda. I try not to add any olive oil to the salad simply because I want my fats to come from eggs cheese bacon and not a liquid.
