In short answer: NO
However, building muscle tissues is the same like anything in life, you can get it done if you keep trying and being consistent until it happens, or speed up the process by measuring the work you are doing.
If you can’t measure it - you can’t manage it.
Using a log book will only help you speed up the process and get results in shorter time.

So this morning I had a combination of @redcon1 total war pre work out, with @5percentnutrition full as fuck muscle pump, all in the same glass. Then @phillips_jord decided to put me through an experiment.

Foot health is something that I’ve been aware of for a long time but never really put any effort into. I’ve become much more cognizant of it recently and finally got a set of toe spreaders. Whenever I put them on I’m reminded of just how bound up my feet actually are and how useful these will be. I try to wear them for 20-30 minutes each evening and doing some mild toe yoga stretches.
