I am pleased to present to you my biggest painting yet, a Great Blue Heron. This one took me a couple weeks to finish, but I’m glad I stuck with it, this is quite a painting lol
I really like the wood panel texture, so I made sure to leave some in. I also believe the reference photo was taken pretty close to where I work, which makes it that much better! There are so many magical, wondrous places filled with wildlife and nature, right underneath our noses. I’m so glad there are people like Mike to capture these moments.
‘Mr Fox’ is now online!
A striking and memorable portrait of a Fox, with mesmerizing eyes and intricately textured fur.
The fine details in this print are captured so beautifully it's almost indistinguishable from the original; each brush stroke is visible and the depth of colour brings the whole animal to life.
'Mr Fox' is eye-catching, bold, and makes you want to stop and look closer. You'll find doing so is without disappointment as he becomes a timeless statement piece in your home.
Each piece is printed on demand by a professional printing company using archival printing techniques (Giclée Printing) for long lasting colour.
It takes around 1 week for the prints to reach me before I personally check and sign each one, then send them on to you.
Official Prints are free of watermarks and have a much higher resolution quality to the website images; the details are incredible and look like original works.

Though members of the biological Canidaefamily, painted wolves (Lycaon pictus, which translates to "painted wolf-like animal") are neither dogs nor wolves. Instead, they are the only living species of a distant evolutionary branch that's distinct enough that painted wolves can't breed with dogs or wolves.
