My WHY. 👩👧👦
First Monday in August and we had a company meeting on establishing your why. Outside of my material why’s like patio furniture and a trip to Disneyland lol, my real why is these two. I want them to remember that mommy never gave up. Mommy was successful on her own. Mommy had the ability to give them a life they dreamed of. They are my reason WHY I will never give up. 💛 #WHY#August2020#WatchMeShine#AllForThem#MommaBear#MyWhy#AOLetsGo#NotStoppingUntilIGetThat10KWeek

AO'er Matt couldn't resist showing off his new bike this week and we don't blame him it's lovely!
"Yesterday I received my new bike from Halfords 😁 Purchased using the AO cycle2work scheme, the process was really simple and the scheme not only helped spread the cost, but also made for a significant saving on the RRP of the bike. I haven't had a new bike since I was a kid so I can't wait to take this one out for a spin. A big thank you to those involved in making the scheme available to AOers!"
For as long as I can remember, I've been interested in multiple things. I'm very dramatic. I had a craving for acting ever since the 5th-grade play. My Mom, a schoolteacher, gave me the best gift a love of books and reading, which has fed my desire to write and produce. My Dad got me into music and jamming at an early age, hello songwriting. I started modeling for the Ford Agency when I was 15 years old and parlayed that into a career in the entertainment industry.
Time and again, I've been told this was a hindrance. " You should pick ONE thing, Aria.", " You do too much.", " Jack of all trades, master of none." I never bought into this. Through the years, I've learned that my definition of success changed. As I, too, change and grow. I'm still here, wearing many hats and doing what I love. And that, to me, is the definition of success.
And I'll tell you another thing, I'm never bored.
Moral of the story: Don't let anyone put you in a box. Don't be boxed in! Explore! Create! Do your art—whatever that means for you.
Thanks for reading, and as always, stay strong. Stay healthy. 💪💋
In the last three months our AO Smile Foundation has been supporting several charities across the UK, that have been helping children and their families affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.⠀
Thanks to regular donations from AO’ers, we’ve been able to help them provide food vouchers and parcels to children that needed them. ⠀
Thank you to all the AO’ers that have made this possible! ⠀

At AO we say things like "treat every customer like they’re your gran” and “make decisions your mum would be proud of" because we’re personal and act with integrity – every day in every action. We need an experienced Operations Manager to maintain and nurture the AO Way across our Contact Centre at AO Mobile. Find your better tomorrow @ www.ao-jobs.com. #jobs#careers#aoletsgo

"Hold my hand and I'll take you there, somehow, someday, somewhere."
