These are the moments that get me excited. I love sunrise and waking up to capture the phenomenon. Especially with my city. I’m grateful for that passion and super happy to be able to share it.
santa monica summers // such an interesting place, i’ve never been so confused by a place before like i was when i first walked along the pier, there’s nothing quite like it.
been digging through the archives for some shots to edit, it doesn’t feel like this trip was over a year ago now.
This image is special to me for a few reasons. It was the first time I had deliberately set out to catch a 'banger'. The exhilaration I felt when I could see the deep reds and blue engulfing the sky was like nothing I'd experienced before. Knowing that I was among a handful of people to be up at this hour watching this light show happen was oddly calming and a truly wonderful way to start the day. People often ask whether the sky was actually that colour or if it has been manipulated. To my recollection, I can say it was indeed this red and blue. What an incredible part of the world we are lucky enough to live in.
This is the image responsible for my unhealthy(?) obsession with chasing absolute burners.

So another morning trip was overdue. This time I stumbled across @austibeachcafe and was enticed about their gelatos and due to their amazing location just across Austinmer Beach. The following dishes were ordered. - Breaky Bowl
- Austi's Big One + Spinach + Salmon
- Blueberry & Sweet Ricotta Pancakes + Extra Scoop
I created a video yesterday I’m pumped to share with y’all, it’s been a long time coming and many of you have asked to see my work, and I’ve told you no, I wasn’t ready to share😂. But now I have something I want to share. I’m ready and excited to be releasing video content of my creation on a semi-consistent basis, finally.

One of my favorite shots I’ve taken this year. And I remember it vividly. I was sitting in a modern office building in Middelfart when I looked out the window and noticed a heavy fog. As I stepped out into it, it felt like walking inside of a cloud. And I couldn’t see much more than a few feet ahead. I remember grabbing my camera, pointing it at this boat and instantly knowing it would be one of my favorite shots ever. How do you like it?
