Two houses in a corner site.
Facade related to the street.
Thickness is generated on the facade in order to avoid the entrance of Summer sun and allow the entrance of it in Winter. I took advantage of the thickness in order to place vegetation on ground floor, and in top floor, storage areas are placed.
In order to create a unique atmosphere, to avoid the entrance of direct sun, and to generate crossed ventilation, in the staircase box a big window is placed protected with a perforated brick facade.

해가 움직이면서 밑바닥에도 나타나서 점점 커지니 선우가 “엄마 햇님이 맘마 먹고 키가 컸나봐” 한다. 🥰ㅋㅋ

Look at this leafy boi!!🌱 The first module of our Sprout Kit is finally here❤️ so many decisions and final touches were made in the last 24 hours. I’m grateful to have a business partner that has strengths that are my weaknesses.
The work is far from over. I want to create an Urban Farming manual that will help explain what food you can grow (and regrow from scraps) and how you can prepare it in dishes. Lots of fun illustrations will certainly come out of it.
Description of the project :- The brief was to design a retirement home for a couple, set in the lap of nature
at Nandi Hills. Nandi Hills is a small hill l town about 60 kms away from the
hustle of Bengaluru.
The design required a climate-oriented approach with a sloping roof, sunlight
permeability and emphasis on ventilation. We came up with something unique
in the form of a sloping roof flowing inwards to form the habitable volumes. The volume inside is punctuated with voids to allow for natural ventilation and
visibility. Early morning sunlight flows in through the skylight bringing the whole
house to life.

Jeżeli miałbym wybrać 10 najpiękniejszych widoków jakie kiedykolwiek wiedziałem, to ta ulica w Bergamo na pewno by została wymieniona. Zdjęcie w kolorze jest zbyt piękne aby je wstawić. Myślę, że mogłoby wylecieć poza skalę piękności na Instagramie.
Once a worn-down Victorian terrace, this newly renovated and extended Inner-West residence designed by Aurélie Remetter of @tumbleweedandpoppies and builder husbane Jace O’Connor of @builtcomplete fuses the old with the new and combines a love of travels with an exploration of layers from multiple styles such as mid-century modernism and bohemian.
