Asparagus, udang, bawang putih cincang, merica, garam,gula
Caranya:ini Asparagus besar dipotong serong.
Udang buang kulitnya dan belah sedikit bagian punggungnya cuci dan beri gula
Tumis dulu bawang putih setelah agak kecoklatan masukkan asparagus setelah agak layu baru masukkan udang.taburi sejumput garam dan merica.setelah udang kecoklatan mateng siap untuk disajikan.
-kalau asparagus Ukurane kecil lebih baik potong jadi 2 saja -labih baik pakai merica hitam ini aku pakai merica putih karena merica hitamnya habis -udang yang tadi dikasih dikasih gula cuci sekali lagi saja sebelum dimasak

Dreaming of last night’s dinner as I wait in line at Trader Joe’s — along with half the city of San Francisco (pretty sure the term ‘Sunday scaries’ in reference to this city’s long grocery store lines 🤣): Juicy garlic ghee sea scallops, buttery sweet potatoes, and lemon-garlic grilled asparagus 🥰💯. This meal was simple + satisfying, and came together in just 20 minutes — which is a lot faster than it will take me to get out of this store 😅.
#whatsonmyplate : seared garlic ghee sea scallops: heat 1 tablespoon @fourthandheart garlic ghee in a pan for a minute; add 1 lb. sea scallops; sear 2-3 minutes per side •• mashed sweet potatoes 🍠 : I used the frozen sweet potatoes from @traderjoes, prepared them according to package directions, and added a drizzle of vanilla bean ghee (soooo good) •• lemon-garlic grilled asparagus: drizzle asparagus with olive oil; season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a squeeze of lemon juice; grill 6-8 minutes, or until crisp tender.
Had a true Sunday funday at the @sfgiants game ☀️⚾️, but now I’m very ready to curl up on the couch in my comfies for some r&r before a busy week begins. Hope everyone had a good weekend! ❤️
