🇺🇸 The W Aspen is one of Aspen’s newest highlights. It has the same cool atmosphere and contemporary design as its units in Miami and New York. Plus - the rooftop bar offers panoramic views of the mountains.

Eggs aren’t just for breakfast. They actually make for a simple, delicious meal any time of the day... just ask the French! Slow Sundays in our home call for egg casseroles and sparkling wine! 🍾🍳🍾🍳 Eggs are notorious for being a difficult match, of course I wholeheartedly disagree!! Eggs, particularly the yolks, are rich and coat your palate with their savory flavor, which means their flavor lingers when you take a sip of wine. But the acidity of a champagne or prosecco will work to cut through any richness. The effervescence of the wine actually cleans out your palate and makes every bite of the brunch that more special! I advocate a touch of orange juice for a daily dose of vitamin C, after all the champagne definitely improves the orange juice 😂🍾🍊🍾🍊🍾🍊🍾🍊🍾🍊🍾🍊 #sundaybrunch#eggcasserole#champagneandeggs#lifewithflavor
Sounds like the perfect Sunday plan to us! ☕️ Get your Fall Fit Challenge Star today at 9a,10:30a or 4:30p! See you at the barre!!

13+ hours getting up and down Maroon Peak (14156’, 4316 m), also called South Maroon Peak. This is part of the famous Maroon Bells, and all I can say is that I survived it. It was looser and more dangerous than any of the 14ers I’ve summited, and probably one of the least fun. That said, the views were fantastic, and as a side note, fall colors this year are at least a week behind ‘schedule’, it’s unusually green for this time in September.
You might not know this about me but I actually grew up here in Colorado and I am super proud to call this beautiful state home. I travel a lot now, but for the first two years I was posting here on Instagram 99% of my images were within a 2 hours drive of my home in Aspen. I was working a few jobs to afford to live here so taking trips/vacations regularly just wasn't in the cards.
It's funny because I would get soo many messages about how I could afford to travel so much even when I wasn't! I guess Colorado is just that beautiful and that diverse that it makes every day look like a vacation! It makes my heart so happy to support Colorado local businesses and that's one of the reasons I'm proud to partner with @yocolorado.
The other reason? Their gear is amazing! Hats, t-shirts, tanks, socks, yoga pants... all the goodies. I'm especially loving this special edition river hat and peace tank! Perfect for a day out on the paddleboard! Any other @yocolorado fans out there? Use the code “YoArielle” for 20% off 😆 #yocoloradopartner (photo by @photograferg )
