Jacuzzi in place on the back patio for the Post-Workout soreness treatment. I started with an inflatable one which is incredibly nice actually. Cost-effective and will let me test to see how the HOA reacts.
I honestly hate having to get changed in the locker room, then go sit in the jacuzzi, then come out change into another set of clothes, maintain a locker etc. Call at third world problems, I call it investing in yourself.

Analyze your habits, surrounds, actions, food choices, etc. Ask yourself, is this it? Is it worth my attention? When you place yourself in this/that situation, is this where you want to be at given moment? Analyzing doesn’t necessarily mean plan ahead, setting goals higher than your head, or writing everything down. It means a lot of things but personally, it means bringing myself to the present moment, looking around, listening to the sounds the world makes; then the thought 🧠 generation starts and I’m in tune. It means some days doing nothing, but Indulge my whole presence into whatever is in front of my eyes; whether it be an empty room to initiate my practice of the day 🧘♀️ or the variety of personalities I’m faced with. I strive to be as real as currently looking at my phone screen, typing this down, wondering if I should post this.
