Got the hood stripped today. Tried a little clear coat on it as well to see how it looks. I’m happy with the results. I love the imperfections and scars. Using a dual-action sander sucked though. I’m going to have to find something more efficient for the rest of the truck. @anytoolcanhammer#nakeds10#crappys10

This is the face of someone who had her words be challenged.
Last week on the long weekend I met a lady who found out I was in a trade, of course like most people, she asked if I liked it... And I responded to I love it.
Following that week I became besties with this box side (well not besties exactly...) In this picture the box side isn't even finished, it took most of the next day to be completed and sent to paint. The whole week there was always something that challenged what I said and areas where I questioned and doubted myself.
But I've come along way, and the most rewarding part of growing is being challenged with something and never having a feeling of going backwards. But always moving forward.
Yeah I love what I do 🤘
I’ve seen so many post lately from people expressing concerns that they’re not progressing fast enough, that they’re not where they think they should be. I admit that I often feel like this as well. It’s so easy to pick up your phone, open social media, and be immediately and intensely bombarded by everyone’s ‘highlight reel’. Posts that portray our successes, our accomplishments, our latest achievements. No one ever wants to talk about the struggles, the sacrifices, the failures, or the anxiety behind these perceived victories. I just want to tell you that it’s ok to be exactly where you are! Take a breath and a step back, sometimes things take time to fall into place. You are already on your own path to success, you just need to trust yourself and continue to show up everyday. Continue to put in the effort. The success of others doesn’t leave less of a spotlight for your own, whenever that time comes for you. There is plenty of room for us all to shine, in our own way, in our own time ♥️. .
